Some basic yoga poses and insightful tips to open, lengthen and uncompress, which will release tension and stress from our body, with deep breaths.

1. Seated poses (crossed-legged)
Seated arm cross hold knees :
Opens the hips, shoulders and releases tension in neck and head.

Eagle arms : Opens the hips, shoulders and releases tension and calms the mind.
Move gently side to side or lift and lower the elbows.

2. Standing poses
Cat Cow : Opens the spine and calms the mind.
Down dog : Opens up the back of the legs, shoulders, releases tension in the head and neck, improves blood flow in the entire body, and calms the mind.

*Option 1 : bend the knees and elbows, opens up the back of the legs more gently than Down dog.
*Option 2 : Instead of feet hip width stance, try wider for space into back of the legs.
*Option 3 : More opening for the shoulders, feet hip width, palms wider than shoulder width.

3. Backbends :
Cobra, Mid dog and Up Dog : Opens the spine, and energize the mind.
Draw the shoulders back and down.

Hargailah isterimu wahai suami
Dari mula awal mengandung hingga setelah melahirkan dalam pantang, macam2 kesakitan yang isteri alami. Pengalaman setiap kali melahirkan anak adalah berbeza. Sakit pun tak sama.
Ketika diawal kehamilan ada ibu yang dah mula sakit. Pening, lesu, loya, mabuk, muntah, badan lemah. Hilang selera makan. Kadangkala rasa nak pitam.
Di tengah kehamilan saiz badan semakin berubah. Ada juga kulit jadi sensitif kehitaman, mengering dan gatal. Rambut juga gugur. Ada pula yang mengidam tak dapat menahan teringin itu ini bila selera dah kembali.
Di akhir kandungan mula sakit pinggang, bawah perut & pinggul, kaki juga bengkak & cramp (tarik mengkarung). Pusing kiri tak kena kanan tak kena. Tak boleh tidur. Sukar bernafas. Tidur tak nyenyak. Asyik nak bangun ketandas buang air kecil.
Allahuakhbar. Besarnya pengorbanan seorang isteri untuk menjadi ibu.
Tiba saat turun tanda, contraction mula datang menyerang. Separuh nyawa menahan sakitnya sikit demi sikit bukaan serviks. Sakit yang teramat..
Bila dah sampai masa untuk melahirkan, saat nyawa dihujung tanduk, sepenuh tenaga sedaya upaya meneran hingga hujung nafas. Ketika itu ibarat 20 tulang dipatahkan serentak. Allahuakhbar. Bila bayi selamat dilahirkan isi dan kulit di vagina pula dijahit hidup2 kerana terdapat koyakan. Darah mengalir laju.
YaAllah ampunkan dosa ibuku.
Belum berakhir lagi kesakitan saat bertarung nyawa melahirkan, ada pula yang kena komplikasi tumpah darah, tekanan darah naik, setelah itu ada juga yang kena rengat atau batu merian. Rahim pula berdenyut denyut nak mengecut. Sakitnya hanya Allah yang tahu. Macam disiat2.
Bersambung lagi dengan kesakitan payudara bengkak, badan lemah dan ada yang demam. Ada juga yang puting luka melecet & berdarah. Terketar ketar nak memberi susu pada bayi. Kuatnya seorang ibu menahan semua itu.
Luka jahitan masih belum sembuh. Ada yang bentan, jahitan terbuka. Sakit satu badan dari dada, perut, ke kaki. Namun isterimu tetap kuat dan tersenyum. Bangun malam beri susu, walau hakikatnya badan terasa dah tak mampu tetap membelai anak dengan penuh kasih sayang.
Banyaknya pahala yang mengalir untuk isteri yang kuat, sabar, ikhlas & redho demi zuriat mu wahai suami.
hargailah isterimu, sayangilah ibumu.
Semoga para suami diberi juga pahala besar kerana menghargai isterinya. Aaamiinnn ❤️
