🇬🇧This Hojicha Kakigori from is still nice, though a bit too sweet for my liking. Suggest to not even need to pour the syrup on top of it. Eating together with shiratama and jelly is the best, but not with the red bean as it will double the sweetness. All in all, I still don’t find anyone who does better Hojicha kakigori than @afteryoudessertcafe . If you know one, please let me know! @sugarcraver

Welcome back to my Home Cafe! For Ep.4 I prepared 2 kinds of my favourite homemade bubble tea using the Bubble Tea Kit my friend bought me from @passiontearoom | @teaspoon.co. Super easy and taste just like store-bought!
宅在家裡来動手做好喝的珍珠奶茶吧!第4彈的Home Cafe我做了2種,泰式珍珠奶茶 + 日式的黑糖珍珠焙茶奶茶。我用的是我朋友Julia送給我從teaspoon.co買的 「超方便自制2個珍珠奶茶組」~喝起來真的就跟珍珠奶茶店買的一樣好喝!
1. Thai Milk Tea with Pearls

Ingredients 材料:
Thai Bubble Tea | 泰式珍珠奶茶
♡ 40g tapioca pearls 珍珠
♡ 2 tsp Thai Tea leaves 泰式茶葉
♡ 250ml hot water 熱水
♡ 4 tbps milk tea creamer 奶茶奶精
♡ sugar (add according to taste) 砂糖
♡ 1 cup of ice 冰塊
Kurozato Bubble Tea | 黑糖珍珠焙茶奶茶
♡ 40g tapioca pearls 珍珠
♡ 1 Hojicha tea bag 焙茶茶包
♡ 250ml hot water 熱水
♡ 4 tbps milk tea creamer 奶茶奶精
♡ 60 ml black sugar syrup (kuromitsu) 黑糖
♡ 1 cup of ice 冰塊

Ingredients:
300g oats
120g liquid sweetener (I used maple syrup)
60g oil
60g cashews
60g pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp hojicha tea leaves
60g dried persimmon
Instructions:
1. make hojicha tea leaves into powder using blender.
2. put all the ingredients except for dried persimmon together in a bowl and toss well.
3. bake at 180C/356F for 20 minutes or longer if needed.
4. add dried persimmon.
5. Enjoy!

メープルシロップ 120g
オイル 60g
ほうじ茶 大さじ3
カシューナッツ 60g
かぼちゃの種 60g
干し柿 60g
「作り方」
1、ほうじ茶をミルサーなどで粉末状にします。
2、干し柿以外の材料をボウルなどで混ぜ合わせます。
3、オーブンで180℃で20分程焼きます。
4、干し柿を加えたら出来上がり。
5、エンジョーイ!
