After 27 years of 'bestfriendship' later, thank you for still reminding me how sweet you are to me!
You ordered coconut water @cocolocosg for me even before i had the chance to do it because you googled that pregnant woman can start drinking at 34 weeks.
You got me a 'push gift' before my husband did (haha) because you didnt want me to feel left out when everyone was buying things for my baby. And you got me the exact pair of Gentle Monster that I've been eyeing for a long time! Must be telepathy because you didnt even know this was the pair i liked!
Thank you for showering me with all these gifts! Most importantly, thank you for always being here, through my ups and downs, our happy times, fights and quarrels, my relationships, transformation, career change and status change.
We've grown so much through these precious 27 years. We are so different in so many ways, and there were years that were more challenging and testing on our friendship that others. But thank you for not giving up on me, and for putting your pride aside for us, for accepting my stubbornness and embracing our differences.
I'm so proud of where we are now and I'm so proud of you, so so proud in everyway. U know what i mean.
I'm grateful to have you in my life. And yes, please be there when i need a drink and some sanity in the next leg of my journey. This is going to be a long post today cause I have been spending my time doing a couple of things that made me happy and I would want to share it with you guys. So during this Covid period, I have...
1. Spent a lot of time gardening. I now have successfully grown roses (which I absolutely adore), lemons, basil, mint and even kang kong. Gardening makes me happy because when you see something grow in front of you daily, it shows that your work has results. So try it if you havent! 🌹🌹🌹
2. Spent time learning to cook and make things with my family. I have made in my opinion, the most awesome sambal chilli; and Terence and I have made the most delicious probiotic drink at home! Family and friends have tried it and loved it. And I realised that when you cook and make things with and for people you love, the love and appreciation you receive back is great. So try it! 🥳🥳🥳
3. Spent alot of time trying out many skincare products before I decided to work with my team and other distributors on this brand new mask called @theluminous.lifestyle Baby Face Skin Peel Mask. :) I'm very picky on products on my face but when I first tried it 3 months ago, I was very excited because it really exfoliated dead skin off my face, and I could even use it on my neck, my arms and everywhere.
