Homemade Grilled BBQ Chic Chop..😊
RESEPI CHICKEN CHOP
BAHAN- BAHAN
1 ekor ayam ( di belah 4 dan ‘debone’kan ayam – dapat 4 keping )
1 sudu besar lada hitam ( ditumbuk)
3 sudu besar sos tiram ( sy ganti ngn sos bbq)
1 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu besar kicap manis
1 sudu makan kicap masin
1 sudu makan jus limau
1 sudu besar jus halia ( 1 inci halia di tumbuk dan perah jusnya kedalam ayam)
1 sudu kecil serbuk ayam ( granulled chicken stock)
1 sudu besar madu
Cara Penyediaan
1. Satukan semua bahan hingga rata. Kemudian peraplah ayam dalam petisejuk selama beberapa jam. Seelok-eloknya semalaman.
2. Semasa hendak membakar gaulkan dengan sedikit minyak masak dan bolehlah di bakar di atas periuk non stick. Balik-balikkan ayam hingga masak dan bolehlah di angkat. Saya guna microwave oven je lebih mudah!
Untuk Sos Perang ( brown sause ) @ Sos lada hitam / bbq sos
1 labu bawang besar ( potong dadu)
1 sudu besar mentega
2 sudu besar tepung gandum ( ayak dulu takut macam-macam ada dalam tepung)
1 liter air ( lebih kurang dalam 1 jag kecil )
3 sudu besar sos tiram ( tp sy ganti dgn bbq sos sebab sy elergik sos tiram)
1 sudu besar kicap (untuk menggelapkan sikit warna sos )
1 sudu makan sos tomato atau sos chili
1 sudu besar sos black pepper
1 sudu besar lada hitam ( ditumbuk halus)
1/2 kiub perasa ayam atau daging lembu.
Sedikit garam dan gula
Cara membuatnya
1. Panaskan mentega dalam periuk kemudian tumis bawang besar hingga layu.
2. Tepung gandum di larutkan dalam air hingga rata kemudian masukkan dalam periuk tumisan tadi.
3. Masukkan semua bahan lain termasuk sos-sos. Kacau atas api hingga pekat. Kalo rase tak cukup pekat bole la tambah lagi bancuhan tepung gandum. Boleh di angkat dan dihidangkan
Boleh juga tambah cendawan dalam tin yang sudah dipotong-potong kalo nak.
Hidanglah chicken chop dengan kentang goreng, salad, timun dan tomato segar!!!

CHICKEN CHOP RECIPE
MATERIALS-MATERIALS
1 chickens (split 4 and 'debone' chicken - got 4 pieces)
1 tablespoons of black pepper (punched)
3 tablespoons of oyster sauce (I replace it with bbq sauce)
1 tablespoons of chili sauce
1 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon of salted soy sauce
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 tablespoons of ginger juice (1 inches of ginger punched and squeezed into the chicken)
1 small spoons of chicken powder (granulled chicken stock)
1 tablespoons of honey
How to Prepare
1. Unite all ingredients to the flat. Then marinate the chicken in the petition for a few hours. Well overnight.
2. When burning mix it with some cooking oil and can be burned on a non stick pot. Return the chicken until cooking and can be lifted. It's easier for me to use microwave oven!
For War Sauce (brown sause) @ black pepper sauce / bbq sauce
1 large onion pumpkins (diced)
1 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of wheat flour (ayak used to be afraid of all sorts of things in flour)
1 litres of water (approximately 1 small jag)
3 tablespoons of oyster sauce (but I replaced it with bbq sauce because I'm elergic to oyster sauce)
1 tablespoons of soy sauce (to darken the color of sauce)
1 tablespoon tomato sauce or chili sauce
1 tablespoons of black pepper sauce
1 tablespoons of black pepper (finely punched)
1/2 cubes of chicken or beef flavor.
A little salt and sugar
How to make it
1. Heat up the butter in the pot then stir fry the onions to wither.
2. Wheat flour dissolved in water to the flat then put it into the stir-fry pot just now.
3. Insert all other ingredients including sauce. Stir up on fire until it's thick. If you don't feel thick enough you can add more mix of wheat flour. Can be lifted and served
You can also add mushrooms to the can that have been cut off if you want.
Serve chicken chop with fries, salad, cucumber and fresh tomatoes!!!

Country Park BBQ Chicken (Lemongrass and
Honey Chicken with Deep Fried Skin)
醃料For the marinade
老抽4 tablespoons soy sauce
魚露 1 tablespoon fish sauce
椰糖2 tablespoons palm sugar (or BROWN SUGAR)
水8 tablespoons water
蒜頭4 heads garlic (30 – 40 cloves)
香茅2 stalks lemongrass
黑椒2.5 tablespoons black pepper corns
芫荽根 8 coriander roots
Glaze: sugar syrup 普通糖漿
雜菇包Mushrooms Garnish:
雜菇1 pack shimeiji Mushrooms
1 pack enoki mushrooms
蒜頭4 clove Garlic
洋蔥 1 small Onion
受喜燒汁40g-60g Sukiyaki Sauce
牛油30g Butter
錫紙 Aluminium foil
Take the skin off the chicken and salt the skin
Make the marinade and marinade The skinless chicken
Pack the mushrooms in an aluminium pocket.
Pan fry the chicken
Cook the mushrooms
Fry the chicken skin and chop up into pieces.
Glaze the chicken and Serve hot.

How mama introduce full cream cow’s milk along with breastfeeding to Joreen?

Mama used to serve full cream cow’s milk during Joreen's snack time as her healthier snacking choice! She loves it when it is served together with her favorite snacks eg cereal, fruits, cheese, homemade pancake, homemade muffin.. The milk was served in her straw cup as she does not take milk bottle. She drinks really well! This does not affect Joreen's breastfeeding at all. No nipple confusion!

Sometimes mama even added full cream cow’s milk into her food! Joreen super loves it!

Sharing my humble recipe on
Mini Creamy Bake Spaghetti ❤️
.
Method:
1. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water. Drain.
2. Pan fried pre marinated chicken with unsalted butter till golden brown. (Chicken marinated with sesame oil, garlic powder, minced onion, thyme, mix herbs for 10 min)
3. Pan fried salmon & break them into smaller pieces (marinated with lemon.)
4. Saute white mushrooms with butter. Add in chopped brocoli. Cook till slightly soft.
5. In a large bowl, whisk full cream cow’s milk together and 1 egg
6. Add in Bega shredded cheese, @liloikanbilis powder , mix herbs, minced onion & garlic powder, cooked spaghetti, sautéed mixture and combine well.
7. Spray olive oil on the oven proof dish. Pour mixture in. Top with shredded cheese.
8. Preheat oven & bake for 15-20 minutes, 250o. Bake until the sauce is thick and the cheese is melted
9. Sprinkle mix herbs & serve.

1) 味噌焗烤茄子
材料:
茄子 適量/ eggplant 適量
調味料:
味噌 50公克/miso 50g
醬油 1茶匙/soy sauce 1tsp.
味醂 2大匙/ mirin 2tbsp.
米酒 1大匙/cooking rice wine 1tbsp.
作法:
1.所有調味料混合均勻成醬汁。
2.茄子對切,再劃交叉刀痕。
3.底盤加水,將茄子放在烤網上噴上適量油,蓋上蓋子,選擇上下火、烤約6分鐘。
4.取出抹上味噌醬、撒上起司絲,再烤約6分鐘。
2) 焗烤秋葵
材料:
秋葵 200公克/ okra 200g
柴魚片 適量/ katsuobushi q.s.
調味料:
美奶滋 100公克/ mayonnaise 100g
黃芥末 50公克/ mustard 50g
蜂蜜 1大匙/honey 1tbsp.
作法:
1.所有調味料混合均勻成醬汁。
2.秋葵洗淨削去蒂頭的粗邊。
3.烤盤鋪上萬用調理紙,擺上秋葵,再淋上適量醬汁。
4.烤箱底盤加水,擺上秋葵,蓋上蓋子,選擇上下火、烤約8分鐘。
5.取出趁熱撒上柴魚片即可。
3) 焗烤蘆筍
材料:
A
蘆筍 300公克/asparagus 300g
B
培根 20公克/ bacon 20g
起司絲 50公克/ shredded cheese 50g
蒜末 20公克/garlic 20g
洋蔥末 20公克/onion 20g
作法:
1.所有材料B混合均勻。
2.蘆筍去除跟部粗絲。
3.將蘆筍放在烤盤上,鋪上材料B
4.烤箱底盤加水,擺上作法3,再以上下火烤約6分鐘即可。
4)焗烤小黃瓜
材料:
小黃瓜 2根/ cucumber 2pcs
調味料:
沙茶醬 20公克/Sa cha paste 20g
花生醬 60公克/peanut butter 60g
咖哩粉 2大匙/ curry powder 2tbsp.
味醂 1大匙/mirin 1tbsp.
作法:
1.所有調味料混合均勻成醬料。
2.小黃瓜洗淨後對切,去除中間的籽。
3.小黃瓜擺在烤盤上,再填入適量的醬料。
4.底盤加水,將作法3放入烤箱中,以上下火烤約6分鐘即可。

· Ferment for 30 minutes
· Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes

· 200g cream cheese
· 30g sugar
· 50g butter
❊ Garlic Sauce
· 30g unsalted butter
· 50g garlic
· 30g condensed milk
· 1 egg
· 20g honey
· 5g Chopped green onions
· Bake at 160°C for 10 minutes

杂粮饭:
白米一杯,1 cup rice
糙米1杯,1 cup brown rice
小米1/2杯,1/2 cup foxtail millet
三色藜麦1/2杯,1/2 cup tri-color quinoa
土豆泥:
土豆3个(800g),3 potato (about 800g)
黄油20g,20g butter
盐1小勺,1 tsp salt
热牛奶150ml,150ml milk
粉蒸牛肉:
牛里脊300g,300g beef tenderloin
豆瓣酱1大勺,1 tbsp Doubanjiang
蒸肉米粉100g,100g Steamed meat powder
生抽2小勺,2 tsp light soysauce
糖1小勺,1 tsp sugar
蒜蓉1/2小勺,1/2 tsp chopped garlic
粽叶,reed leaf
酒酿1大勺,1 tbsp Jiuniang(fermented rice)
小苏打1/4小勺,1/4 tsp baking soda
茄汁牛肉丸:
牛里脊200g,200g beef tenderloin
猪肉糜200g,200g minced pork
胡萝卜30g(细丁),30g chopped carrot
鸡蛋1个,1 egg
面粉1-2大勺,1-2 tbsp flour
姜泥1/2小勺,1/2 tsp chopped ginger
盐,salt
洋葱130g(细丁),130g chopped onion
番茄丁罐头250g,250g canned tomatoes
番茄膏1大勺,1 tbsp tomato paste
糖1小勺,1 tsp sugar
叉烧猪软骨:
猪软骨400g,400g pork cartilage
叉烧酱3大勺,3 tbsp barbecued Sauce
姜片2片,2 slices of ginger
葱段10cm,10 cm leek segments
酒酿三文鱼:
三文鱼400g,400g salmon
酒酿2大勺,2 tbsp Jiuniang(fermented rice)
生抽2大勺,2 tbsp light soysauce
盐1小撮,pinch of salt
蜂蜜1大勺,1 tbsp honey
葱段5片,5 segments of leek
香菇肉燥:
猪肉糜400g,400g minced pork
干香菇8朵,8 dried shiitake mushrooms
洋葱100g,100g onion
五香粉2小勺,2 tsp five-spice powder
八角1个,1 star anise
香叶2片,2 bay leaves
生抽2大勺,2 tbsp light soysauce
老抽1小勺,1 tsp dark soysauce
黄酒2大勺,2 tbsp Shaoxing ricewine
盐1/2小勺,1/2 tsp salt
糖2小勺,2 tsp sugar
姜泥1小勺,1 tsp ginger puree
黑胡椒一小撮,pinch of black pepper
葱段10cm,10 cm leek segments
干锅卷心菜:
卷心菜400g,400g cabbage
干香菇4朵,4 shiitake mushrooms
蒜蓉1小勺,1 tsp chopped garlic
干辣椒4个,4 dried chillies
盐1小勺,1 tsp salt
糖1/2小勺,1/2 tsp sugar
黑胡椒一小撮,pinch of black pepper
水煮西兰花:
西兰花600g,600g broccoli
盐,salt
蔬菜杂炒:
胡萝卜丁100g,100g diced carrot
杏鲍菇丁100g,100g diced pleurotus eryngii
罐头玉米50g,50g canned corn
毛豆仁50g,50g shelled edamame
盐1/2小勺,1/2 tsp salt
蚝油2小勺,2 tsp oyster sauce
蒜蓉1小勺,1 tsp chopped garlic
腌胡萝卜/卷心菜:
胡萝卜100g,100g carrot
卷心菜100g,100g cabbage
糖1-2大勺,1-2 tbsp sugar
米醋2大勺,2 tbsp rice vinegar
干辣椒2个,2 dried chillies
盐1小勺,1 tsp salt
