I’m finally down to earth lol我指個一字碼 😂😂😂
多謝教練，個一字碼終於落晒啦🤩🤩🤩
因為我練花式Roller好多動作都要用腰、hip，啲肌肉成日脹住阻住個一字碼，所以落極都落唔晒🥺
細個又拉開過啲筋之後又停咗唔拉⋯所以啲筋縮得仲犀利💔
但教練真係超好，成日幫我諗辦法！就連我去學體操個體操老師都話我好神奇點都落唔晒，點拉都係差1-2吋先掂到地下😅
但今日去上gym既拉筋堂，終於落到啦🤩🤩🤩

This was so close🥺🥺🥺
I can feel the difference in this one, and I though I would have landed it🤯
But I know this is just a beginning, I’ll get the 2L soon🥳(As a 31year-old to be... still in the progress of getting the 2L fully rotated, this sounds so struggled lol
But I don’t have a coach since 2012 😅 And 90% of the time I coach myself. I’m very thankful to have a lot of people who are willing to support me and gave me advice, feeling so thankful!!!

This is the first time in my life the whole world stopped.

These 2 weeks there are more and more people ask me about getting quad skates or inline skates?
Many told me that their ice skating rink are closed! So roller might be one of the way out. And I got permission to have screen capture of our conversation from one of the friend over the world asking me about this question.
