昨晚，參加了一場星光熠熠的活動。

許多優秀的廚師與餐飲界人士齊聚一堂，主辦單位邀請了斯洛維尼亞共和國主廚 Ana Ros、菲律賓主廚Margarita Forés、香港主廚周思薇 May Chow 與台灣主廚 #陳嵐舒，分享全球飲食趨勢與概念，慶祝（贊助 世界50最佳餐廳 的義大利礦泉水品牌）San Pellegrino 120週年。

下午的論壇也包含了本地許多優秀餐飲人列席，談論台灣餐飲發展：故宮晶華執行總監 #楊惠曼、永豐餘生技總經理 #何奕佳、COFE 喫茶咖啡創辦人 #顧瑋 與知名飲食作家 葉怡蘭 Yilan 等。

論壇後，則是精彩的四手晚宴，由 Ephernité 的 chef Vanessa Huang 開場「水的旅程」：充滿生態思考的毛豆螃蟹與三色魚卵；接著是 chef May Chow 的綿羊豬 Little Bao 與花椒香的豬肉黑白切； chef Margarita Forés 以溫和義式燉煮薏米、烏魚子搭配紅雕；迎來高潮 Ana ros 的 #馥桂公雞 三吃。（嗯，聽說主廚這兩天受了什麼啟發最後一刻決定改成三吃-雞皮、雞湯與雞肉捲。後台似乎很赤激啊。）最後是鹽之華主廚 #黎俞君 的草莓芋頭冰。會中與會後，居然高規格的準備了 #王詩鈺 手沖 Fika Fika 單品咖啡，與 #盧怡安 的優雅茶席。

為時8小時的論壇/典禮/晚宴，
當中很多時刻，都很令人感動。
.
那些強韌又幽默的能量流動，那些（看似）一派輕鬆。無法想像經過多少的訓練與折磨方累積成一片山丘。

昨晚主題是 #食代魅力女性。
.
主持人宛儒開場時說 「It’s very honor to be here with all these excellent chefs, and they happened to be women.」
.
是啊，很希望在不久的將來，「女性」已不再需要被強調，不再需要證明，不再需要面對令人無奈或不安的歧視，不會成為一個弱點，也不是一個優勢，就只是一個性別，像其他每一個性別一樣。

杯觥交錯之際，
真心許下了這個早該舊了的新年願望。

Hello everyone, I am from Malaysia
In 2015, I went to Taiwan to study for four years
At the same time as completing my studies, I’ve also completed the time-lapse shooting of Taiwan
During these four years, I've traveled all over Taiwan and took lots of pictures
This journey exceeded 100,000 kilometers, which traveled around the island more than a hundred times
Carrying more than 20 kg of equipment
Just to record the most beautiful scenery of Taiwan
