=================================
--------------------------------------------------
「~する」を表すmakeの使い方(make + a/an + 名詞)
--------------------------------------------------
Make a mistake(ミスをする)
Make a suggestion(提案する)
Make a call(電話する・電話をかける)
Make an effort(努力する)
Make a fuss(大騒ぎする)
Make a silly/funny face(変顔をする)
<例文>
He makes a lot of careless mistakes.
Can I make a suggestion?
I’m going to make a quick call to my office.
I’m making an effort to stay in touch my parents more often.
He always makes a fuss over little things.
Let’s take a selfie. Make a silly face!
Make a plan(計画を立てる)
Make an appointment(アポを取る)
Make a reservation(予約する)
Make a decision (決断する)
<例文>
I’d like to make an appointment for a haircut tomorrow.
I'd like to make a reservation for 2 at 7 tonight.
と “I’m making a steak.”
<例文>
I’ll make you a nice cup of coffee.
I’m going to make some tea. Do you want some?
Make money(お金を稼ぐ)
Make a living(生計を立てる)
Make a profit(利益を得る)
<例文>
How do YouTubers make money?
Apparently, she makes over $5,000 a month on Instagram.
She makes a living as a yoga instructor.
That company made a profit of a million dollars last year.
Make someone happy(幸せな気持ちにさせる)
Make someone angry(怒らせる)
Make someone laugh(笑わせる)
<例文>
My cat makes me happy.
You always make me smile.
He said that? That makes me mad.
That movie made me cry.
Your haircut looks great. It makes you look younger.
例えば、宿題をやりたくない息子に強制的に宿題をさせる場合は「I made my son do his homework.」
<例文>
My boss made me do a speech in front of everyone.
My mom made me study English when I was young.
例えば、「終電に間に合った」は “We made the last train."、もしくはシンプルに「間に合った」と言う場合は “We made it.”、「終電に間に合わなかった」は “We didn’t make the last train.”、もしくはシンプルに “We didn’t make it.”
<例文>
The show is starting in 10 minutes. Do you think we’ll make it?
There’s so much traffic. I don’t think we’re going to make it.
We still have 30 minutes. If we hurry, we’ll make it.
I can’t make it.” 聞くときは “Can you make it?”
<例文>
Can you make it to dinner tonight?
Can you make it to international exchange party tomorrow?
If you can’t make it to the meeting, no worries at all.
“He is going to die.(彼は死んでしまう)”はストレート過ぎる言い方になるため、代わりに“He is not going to make it.(彼は助かりません)”のように表現することがよくあります。
<例文>
Don't worry. We are going to make it.

Fight Only your Battles
“After these things, God tested Abraham, and said to him, “Abraham!” He said, “Here I am.” He said, “Now take your son, your only son, whom you love, even Isaac, and go into the land of Moriah. Offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains which I will tell you of.” Abraham rose early in the morning, and saddled his donkey, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son. He split the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went to the place of which God had told him.” (Genesis 22:1-3 WEB)
God told Abraham to sacrifice his beloved son of promise.
There is a reason why God did not ask Sarah do it. He knew that she would not be able to.
After being ridiculed for decades for being barren, she finally had her only son after much patience, perseverance, and probably tears.
Asking Sarah to sacrifice her son as an offering is akin to driving her insane and probably suicide. There is no mention of Abraham telling Sarah about God’s instruction.
Abraham probably left home with a heavy heart, just kissing Sarah goodbye and telling her that he was going out with Isaac to spend some time together. We don’t know exactly what he told her, but it is probably not, “Dear, I am bringing our son now to be offered as a burnt offering because God said so.”
God saw Abraham’s heart and knew that he would be able to pass the test.
“No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.” (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB)
When God tests a person, it is not because He does not know the outcome. He wants to teach us something through the test, enabling us to grow closer to Him and know Him better.
In the case of Abraham’s test, we are taught that someone restrained Abraham from sacrificing his son, but at the cross, no one restrained God from sacrifice Jesus, His only begotten Son. There was no substitute. Jesus had to bleed and die so that we would be saved.
If you are married, your marriage is also a partnership. Your spouse has a unique set of gifts, anointings, and a calling that is different from yours. God will use you for what you are good at (what He designed you for), and He will use your spouse for what he/she is good at. This way, your family unit will benefit from both sets of graces.
As a married person, your role is not to do everything, as God will delegate tasks to you and your spouse. Trust that He knows what He is doing.
Abraham’s test was designed by God for Abraham, not Sarah. Fight only your battles.
If you have an urge to do everything yourself, it is time to release that control into God’s hands. He wants you to enjoy a level of restfulness that comes from each person doing what he/she has the grace and capacity to do. The Holy Spirit will lead you!
Learn how to flow with God’s appointed time and ways, to do the right thing at the right time. In “God’s Appointed Time”, you will discover how to experience restful increase and unceasing fruitfulness through tapping on the Grace that this available to you in every time and season of life: https://bit.ly/god-appointed-time

Get Younger Using Moses’ Youth Renewal Secret
“And Moses goeth up from the plains of Moab unto mount Nebo, the top of Pisgah, which [is] on the front of Jericho, and Jehovah sheweth him all the land — Gilead unto Dan, and all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim, and Manasseh, and all the land of Judah unto the further sea, and the south, and the circuit of the valley of Jericho, the city of palms, unto Zoar. And Jehovah saith unto him, ‘This [is] the land which I have sworn to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, To thy seed I give it; I have caused thee to see with thine eyes, and thither thou dost not pass over.’ And Moses, servant of the Lord, dieth there, in the land of Moab, according to the command of Jehovah; and He burieth him in a valley in the land of Moab, over-against Beth-Peor, and no man hath known his buryingplace unto this day. And Moses [is] a son of a hundred and twenty years when he dieth; his eye hath not become dim, nor hath his moisture fled.” (Deuteronomy 34:1-7 YLT98)
At the age of 120 years old, Moses was able to climb to the top of Mount Nebo. Some people half his age or younger today can’t even do that.
He was so healthy, the Scriptures record that “his eyes had not become dim, nor had his moisture fled.” Moisture (in Hebrew: lechoh) in the skin is what keeps us physically fresh and young. At 120 years of age, Moses still looked young and was healthy!
He died on the mountain, not because of weakness or sickness, but due to God commanding him to die there.
“Yahweh spoke to Moses that same day, saying, “Go up into this mountain of Abarim, to Mount Nebo, which is in the land of Moab, that is across from Jericho; and see the land of Canaan, which I give to the children of Israel for a possession. Die on the mountain where you go up, and be gathered to your people, as Aaron your brother died on Mount Hor, and was gathered to his people; because you trespassed against me among the children of Israel at the waters of Meribah of Kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because you didn’t uphold my holiness among the children of Israel. For you shall see the land from a distance; but you shall not go there into the land which I give the children of Israel.”” (Deuteronomy 32:48-52 WEB)
Consider this, Moses was so healthy and brimming with life that he wouldn’t die naturally. Moses was instructed to die and he willingly laid down his life on the mountain (sounds like how Jesus laid down His life at the cross doesn’t it).
What was Moses’ secret to enduring health and youth?
“Since then, there has not arisen a prophet in Israel like Moses, whom Yahweh knew face to face,” (Deuteronomy 34:10 WEB)
Moses often met with the pre-incarnate Christ (now our Lord Jesus) in the Holy of Holies in the Tabernacle.
He spoke to Yahweh the Son and after that, came out of the Tabernacle with a shining face because of God’s glory that was transmitted to him.
When Moses beheld Yahweh, he was transformed from glory to glory, kept young, healthy and strong with fresh infusions of life.
Many believers are weak, old, and sick today because they don’t spend time with Jesus. In His presence is life. Under the New Covenant of Grace, we approach God through a new and life-giving way—the more we spend time with Him in various ways, His power saturates our being and preserves our body as well.
“But we all, with unveiled face seeing the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit.” (2 Corinthians 3:18 WEB)
The primary way to see the “glory of the Lord as in a mirror” today is through receiving revelations of Him in the Scriptures. The more you see, believe, and extend that process through continued meditation on revelations of Jesus, the more life you receive.
Notice that Paul compares it to a “mirror” because “as Jesus is, so are we in this world” (1 John 4:17). To see Jesus is to see ourselves and who we are in Him.
In Heaven there is no sickness, death or aging. Everyone there is full of life—always healthy, young and strong. As He the glorified Christ is now, so are you right now in this world. When you see this truth, you will be transformed into the same image of health, strength, and youth.
How physically healthy, strong and young do you want to be? You can be younger and younger, the supernatural way!
Can I invite you to get my eBook “Younger and Younger: 31 Days of God’s Youth Renewal Promises”? Join me on a transformational journey to reverse the effects of aging in your body. If Sarah around the age of 90 could be renewed to look like a beautiful young woman in her prime, it’s never too late for you. 第二部曲 | Everyday I Die A Little Bit Inside
Chapter two | Everyday I Die A Little Bit Inside
Alive vs dead: the dilemma and body language 【Choreographer/Contemporary Dancer】 From the death of AI back to talking about human beings. Mind controls the body. Like in the previous chapter Reminiscence, this is about the process of emotional regression, expressed through the body. Our every emotion is printed on our skin, our body, our every breath taken, and our heartbeat frequency. From the deterioration of our body to depression and death... How is this affecting our daily life? Is the redundancy our body or our emotion that is too strong to handle?
【Lyrics】
Everyday I die a little bit inside
With no one else can ever tell
I sing my lullaby
Every time I die a little bit inside
Not even me could recognise
Who the hell am I
Oh save me
In between you and me
I’m drowning I’m drowning I’m drowning
Oh save me
I dunno where I can be
In this world
Falling slowly
Everyday I try a little bit harder
I learn to say black is white
Before I see any colours
Every time I smile a little bit harder
I stay the same face to face
With all all of the fake love and laughters
Oh save me
In between you and me
I’m drowning I’m drowning I’m drowning
Oh save me
I dunno where I can be
In this world
Falling slowly
And kill my spirit
Falling slowly
Oh save me
I dunno where I can be
In this world
Falling slowly
Falling slowly

Reminiscence (End Game Version)
Chapter one | Reminiscence (End Game Version)
Technological advancement vs The emotional regression (3D animator)
Technological advancement is perhaps the reason why people are still able to live amidst the Great Regression. In the AI cities, people distance themselves from each other. The AI started to develop something that the makers did not intend them to learn through self-learning algorithms: emotions.
In the city of Reminiscence, Ms AI was living a plain, repetitive and normal life like the others. One day, she discovered ancient life forms that's so different from her species, organic with blood and tissues. The great shock that led her to the urge for truth was then spreading throughout the city. And slowly day by day, the program that controls the AIs was overwritten and finally erased. At the very moment of losing control, the city started to fall apart and everyone started to gain self-consciousness, and realised that they are only stone-cold robots. Emotions in the AIs eventually started to erode their body to death.
Song:
Reminiscence is interesting in a subtle way. The passing of time, the happening of different events... they afterwards become fragmented memories in us. So can we seize the day when it passes?
【Lyrics】
#She come and gone
Left me alone
Three years no call
They said it was not my fault
I grabbed her wound
My weakness I poured
That’s how we were torn
They said it was not her fault
If I were a tree
Would you be my leaves
What keeps us believe
Our fragile love would always exist
If I were the sea
Would you be my fishes
Tell me you believe
Our fragile love would always exist
*Cry Cry out loud
I don’t need to be the one
who makes you smile
Fly Fly to someone I can’t shout
When you’re about to falls
I will keep my feet on the ground* #
Repeat #
Repeat *
