Let’s have some girl talk, shall we? I’m not sure about you but I used to feel really cranky and I just get annoyed easily whenever I get my period.
They say it’s “normal” for women to get all these negative emotions but you know what, I think we can totally be in control of our own emotions even during our period.
Now, I’m practicing how to manage my own emotions and try not to let the negativity to get into my head. So how do I do that?
