Here comes today,
trying this C̾h̾i̾c̾k̾e̾n̾ ̾R̾i̾c̾e̾ ̾S̾a̾u̾c̾e̾~
The steps are just too easy!
Just washed 3 cups of rice, mix it with a pack of 100g #MakNyonya chicken rice sauce, pandan leaves, and ginger *may omit it since the sauce has it, but I love ginger so I added more😆*

For the chicken part, for a real quick one, you may just rub your chicken with some salt and cook together with the rice~

But the kids asked for soup,
And so I used another way to get both tender chicken and soup while waiting for the rice 😃
Steps:-
1. Rub the chicken drumstick with salt, set aside.
2. Bring to boil the water with chicken bones together for 15 minutes, remove the bones.
3. Add in the drumstick, spring onion, ginger and garlic
4. Bring it to boil for 10 minutes and keep the chicken in the pot for another 10 minutes before you serve.
Tadaa..... your lunch is served!
