IndiePG returns this May 19 – 20, 2017. This annual event that spans two days will once again feature indie bands from across Malaysia.
IndiePG continues to provide a professional platform for local indie artistes to showcase their craft in a conducive environment. Held in the well-equipped Penangpac and featuring an advanced backline powered by Roland Asia Pacific and LBS Music World and Sound Engineering by Ynot Studios, audiences and musicians alike are provided the best sonically. Spearheaded by Kelvyn Yeang and aided by Jaime Gunter, IndiePG also provides free workshops in the afternoon.
This year, the acts include bands like - Jester, Purge the Arbitrator, Color Noise, King Kong Ska Beat, Volatile, White Crow, Sleepside, De' Fusion, Seikan-No, Bombrad, 59 Wooden Hearts, S.I.C.K and local heroes - Ocean of Fire.
Solo singer songwriters like Zee Ng and Isaac Ho will also be strutting their stuff and the overall sound of the festival will feature genres that span from emotional acoustic to thundering metal that will challenge listeners.
