備賽心得文第二彈：去年比賽其實就是認識到了金姐 @cindy_ifbbpro 賽前也因為 @ifbbpro_o_boy 幫我調整動作，讓我在去年也殺進了第一輪，而今年，為了達到更好的成績我也決定請兩位大人物當我的備賽教練，也謝謝兩位讓我學到如此多的知識，對學生也不遺餘力，明年不會讓你們失望，不會只是第一輪，一定會有好的名次！
