Towerrunning is one of the sport that demand and need both your physical and mental strength and endurance.
Running up a 10 floors building is like running a 400m, 20 floors building = 800m, 40 floors building = 1 mile or 2k run, 50 floors building = 2.4k run, 70 floors building = 2 mile run, 80 - 90 floors building = 4k run, >100 floors building = 3 mile of 5k run.
*All depends on how tall we climb, number of steps, steps height and refugee floor.

My struggling look in the stairs 😵
I have been testing out some new technique recently and I think it will be a game changing key in the future. Perhaps other towerrunner already practice it and might not work for them but it works for me!
Let's explore bout it and see what I can do in August race.
