“It’s always tea time!” Running a 24/7 mobile clinic means I often have to sacrifice my full skincare routine to reach my patients' homes as quickly as possible!

However, knowing that sun related damage is the most important cause of premature ageing, applying a sunscreen is something I never forget and is my single most important step after cleansing!

As of late, even after sleeping well, I find myself receiving more and more comments about my tired and gaunt appearance.

So it was definitely a pleasant surprise hearing this less and less the longer I used the @sunplay_sg Skin Aqua Tone Up UV Essence Mint Green!

Not only does it protect my skin from the sun but the special colour-correcting coverage offered by the sunscreen helps to even skin tone, concealing the redness due to broken capillaries around my nose and laugh lines, a property I’ve never enjoyed before in a sunscreen but something I’m definitely going to be looking out for from here on out!

And the final icing on the cake is the special blend of vitamin C, hyaluronic acid and other ingredients, nourishing my skin while protecting it! Perfect!

Eek! My iphone ‘Screen Time’ feature just reminded me that I’m on the phone significantly longer than last week.

Since my work largely depends on social media, I find it extremely difficult to reduce screen time. This also means more tired eyes and possibly damaging my eyesight in the long run.

I’ve heard many great things about @kinohimitsusg’s EyeBright. It is high in Lutein, which is one of two major carotenoids found as a color pigment in the human eye (macula and retina). It is thought to function as a light filter, protecting the eye tissues from sunlight damage.

The EyeBright supplement contains 100mg of Lutein, and nourishing ingredients such as Maqui Berry Extract, Purple Rice Extract, Lycopene and Beta-Carotene to reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration.

When I first tried it, I was worried about the sugar level as it tasted pretty sweet but I was relieved to find it only contains 1.7g of carbs per sachet.
