【「帽子掉到地上」在英文代表事情發生的很快？】
說到立刻、馬上，除了「right now」之外，也可以用instant來表示立即之意。像是 Instant noodles 指的是泡麵，Instant coffee 表示即溶咖啡。
若要形容事情很快發生，可以用「At the drop of a hat」，原意是帽子落在地上就能行動。另一個同義的用法，則是「Before you know it」：
