還記得台灣在2001年舉辦過世界盃棒球賽嗎？該賽事首度在台灣舉辦，也是台灣棒球史上規模最大的國際賽事之一，包括美國在內總共有16國的球隊參加了這場比賽，美國贏得了亞軍，台灣則是贏得季軍！
美國和台灣都熱愛 #棒球，對棒球的共同熱愛也緊緊聯繫著雙邊人民。AIT將於7月4日在台南市立棒球場舉辦 #美國日紅不讓 活動，慶祝美國244週年獨立紀念日！我們很榮幸邀請到傳奇球星 #王建民 和 #郭泓志 為我們開球，台灣首位棒球女主審 #劉柏君 也將擔任開球主審喔！

⚾️Let's celebrate #AmericaDayHomerun at Tainan Baseball Stadium on July 4!⚾️
Did you remember when Taiwan held the Baseball World Cup in 2001 (first time in Taiwan’s history)?! It is one of the largest international baseball games Taiwan ever organized, with 16 international teams participating including the U.S.! In that 2001 World Cup, the U.S. won the second place and Taiwan received the Bronze Award.
U.S. and Taiwan share love of #baseball and that passion has long formed a bond that connects people in the United States and Taiwan.
On July 4, AIT is celebrating America’s 244th Independence Day with #AmericaDayHomerun at Tainan Municipal Baseball Stadium. We are thrilled to welcome special guests: legendary players ⭐️Wang, Chien-Ming and ⭐️Kuo, Hong-Chih will throw the first pitch, with the assistance of Hall of Fame umpire ⭐️Liu, Po-Chun.
