小枚覺得JRE的表現很不錯，團隊意識好，很大機會能成為在輪值中穩定貢獻的球員，CP值更高呢！

🇧🇼🇺🇸 奧運場上爭奪金牌固然令人血脈沸騰，不過爭標以外，體育精神亦同樣感動人心；今日東京奧運嘅男子800米準決賽上就發生咗一段小插曲，美國選手Isaiah Jewett喺比賽途中跌低，隨後嘅博茨瓦納共和國選手Nijel Amos收唔切腳亦跟住仆倒，Amos雖然面露失望之情，但轉過頭就扶起Isaiah，互相畀個擁抱大家之後，最後二人雙雙慢跑返終點。
值得一提嘅係，Nijel Amos係2012年倫敦奧運男子800米嘅銀牌得主，今次雖然輸咗比賽無緣爭牌，但贏得全個賽場嘅掌聲，態度絕對值得尊敬！

今天是4月4號，
是「車禍紀念日」也剛好是「復活節」。
一個月前接受今週刊採訪時，把許多曾躺在過去裡不太碰觸的細節又回憶過了一遍，雖然沒有辦法全部分享出來，但足以讓我再次感受到那段時間的悲痛和生命的脆弱。
幾個星期前上唐老師的podcast 聊天，ㄧ不小心眼淚還是不自覺的掉下來，有時候表面講一講其實真的沒什麼，但回憶的太深，還是會掉進去。好像不管過了幾年都ㄧ樣。
人生的路崎嶇不平，
