Made it up in time to catch the magical #mountbatur sunrise (with a ton of help, of course) 🌤 Would I do it again? HELL, YES! Literally.

The hike both up & down was difficult and every moment, I was afraid that I might slip and fall to my demise. All I had in mind was “Wow, this is the most difficult thing that I’ve ever put myself through”, and my guide was just behind saying “Keep going, don’t give up! 20 minutes... 10 minutes more. When you feel like giving up, just keep going!” It was both physically & mentally challenging but we made it up eventually and I’ve never been happier, holding this golden little sun my hands even though I wish I can shoot it down most of the time in Singapore cuz’ issa scorching hot ya! Overcame an active volcano, what is our daily struggles compared to this? #KeepGoing & time to create more magic! ✨

Shot by another one of my amazing guide @mertayana41 who brought our group up and down safely in one piece. I was slipping so much cuz’ I wasn’t wearing the right shoes and he was so responsible to help me throughout the entire descent. Beyond grateful. If you guys are interested in Mount Batur tours, you should look for him for sure!
