When is the last time you cut/trim your hair? Me, 5 months, and I miss having a good trim!😩
I frequent trim my hair, usually once in every 2 months to ensure I keep my hair healthy. Now I can only do hair treatment by myself at home. I also trim my husband's hair twice because of lockdown (I have no idea what I'm doing🥴 and I always say barbers and hairstylist jobs are not easy to make your hair look good!😱)
Due to partial lockdown, I can't meet my hairstylist because we live in a different district. Kenyu @kenyu_chan has been my hairstylist and friend for almost 6 years now. He's the only one who can do great layering for my hair and I like his character too, nice and bubbly guy!
These are the last photos I took with him. He also does my hair for annual dinner too sometimes. One of his favourite question every time we meet, "do you want to cut your hair short?", and I'm like "nooo, not yet😂".
Once I find someone good and an expert in their field, I stick with that person, as long as that person sticks with their profession too.
For my hair, it's Kenyu, and I highly recommend his expertise to my friends who completely cares for their hair. Thanks Kenyu and I can't wait for our next appointment💇♀️💆♀️💫

Your average person will think the idea of "universal income" is idiotic. But it's been done in other countries.
And here's the thing that he doesn't mention.
Imagine you're on welfare. The government gives you enough money to get by....but only barely. So if you want to buy something nice...you need to steal it or steal some money....etc.
And if you get a part time job that pays LESS than your welfare checks.....then they just deduct what you EARN from the welfare. Which means once you are on welfare you get PUNISHED for working a job....unless that job pays more than the welfare. And if it only pays a bit more? Well now you just went from zero hours a week to 40 for a "bit more" money. Not much incentive.
But.....if you got welfare......and then once you got a job you could ALSO keep the welfare. Well then....everyone on welfare would be out trying to find jobs and improve themselves.
My mom was on welfare. She sold Avon on the side. Someone reported her to welfare. I remember coming home to her crying.
Universal income would fix a lot of things. Poorer countries have done it.

Dear all,
In light of the recent happenings of our dear planet's way of waking us all, that we now, more than ever, need to change our ways, but most importantly, how much we need each other more than ever.
Collectively as a race, a species, there is a sense of urgency that calls upon us to unite and help each other, however way we can. Be it being there for each other emotionally, physically, or even financially if that's how we can help, but the point is, it's time to dig deep in our hearts and find that love and that light that once and will always bind us all.
As you all know, the recent catastrophic weather has left many families, and that means it includes children, homeless, even now left without families, without a home, without necessities that we all take for granted on the daily.
I recently met two charity warriors on the streets of Los Feliz (my neighbourhood) in Los Angeles. I have to be honest, i usually would be in my own world and wouldn't stop as i stroll pass, as i'm sure, many of us has done, but that day, a voice came to me and told me to turn around.
Both of them were nice young people who were working towards helping Save the Children fund, that's been around since the 1930s, and their aim is to help children GLOBALLY.
I cant imagine how tough their jobs were, to try to catch the attention of the passer-by's, let alone asking anyone for 10 minutes of their time, AND asking for a donation?
Well, i'm glad i did.
The minimal donation is $23 (USD), which is spread throughout to an entire month for a child, that's less than $0.80! Less than 80 cents! Per day!
I wish i had more that day to help, but best believe, it won't be my last donation to them.
I am in no way affiliated with them but this is just to spread the good word to everyone out there who might feel the need to help out children who are in need.
Recent focus being the hurricane victims.
Here is their Facebook page Save the Children
