👍 👏 My absolute favourite among the 3 dishes we tried at @giorgiobrasserie . 🍝 Freshly housemade Fettuccine White Ragu w flavourful mushroom 🍄 sauce tossed in aromatic olive oil (💵 AUD26). This is an honest pasta dish with a character, humbly crafted by 👨 chef Mario Percuoco. I personally prefer non-cream based pasta for this hot summer and I can easily finish the whole plate on my own 🤫 (but you are more than welcome to share with me haha🤭)
