这里的烤羊还真的蛮好吃的！

今年斋戒月，Ixora Hotel 为大家准备了Aneka Citarasa自助晚餐。这次的自助餐由莫大厨指导，他自1973年以来从事食品行业，并拥有超过48年的烹饪经验。让我们继续看下去吧！

这里有各式各样的西式与道地沙拉，腌制小菜以及ULAM作为开胃菜。汤品则有sup ekor lembu，soto kambing mamak和sup kambing mamak。

主食方面则有浓郁的ayam masak madu, daging masak kicap, Nyonya sambal udang, daging kambing kurma, ikan masak cuka 以及 udang goreng berempah。接下来还有curry mamak, kambing biryani, ikan masak assam pedas等等。

现在就到了我喜欢的烤羊肉咯！
他们的kambing golek深得大家的喜爱，肉质软嫩多汁，非常可口。在一旁还有kan nyok nyok bakar, pasembur, rojak 以及 Penang asam laksa

甜点方面则有bubur pulut hitam，各种布丁，冰淇淋，小饼干以及各种当地的kuih muih等等。

Ixora Hotel也在斋戒月履行了社会责任，举办了这次的Iftar聚会并赞助31名来自Rumah Permata Kasih Permatang Pauh的孩子。他们为孩子的脸上带来了笑容传播爱心并促进圣月期间的和谐与社会团结精神。
