故事敘述警方懷疑在一場離奇的五人死亡車禍中，其中之一就是聲名狼藉的連環兒童失蹤案兇手。這五個人分別為仲介商人、太妹、男大生、野雞車司機，還有一個身份未明的男子。這五名乘客全數罹難，難以調查出失事真相以及失蹤案兇手的身份，然而肉票們卻還在某處等待救援。於是警方利用意識上傳的科技，將五人的意識灌入了另一個被判死刑的腦死植物人，也就是編號「193」的大腦中。

我們覺得《複身犯》像是從許多精彩作品中長出的一個全新的「奇行種」。例如在主角楊祐寧的表演裡，讓我們聯想到《分裂》的James McAvoy；意識與現實交錯的分秒必爭，就像是Jake Gyllenhaal的《啟動原始碼》一樣地刺激；而不斷翻轉的劇情和暗黑的人性辯證，更讓我們想到了經典的《羅生門》。

雖然這部片因為是個大膽的嘗試，在某些地方未臻完美，但如果你喜歡燒腦懸疑片，想要考驗一下自己的推理能力的話，還是可以挑戰一下，現在已經可以在線上看了喔！
