This year, Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium presents 5 tantalising rice dumpling creations. New creations include:
- X.O. Sauce Morel Mushroom, Kurobuta, and Sea Whelk Dumpling
- Wild Rice, Red Bean, Truffle, and Chicken Dumpling.
I still can’t forget the Tea Leaves Duck, Fish Maw, and Abalone Dumpling which I had last year. Guess what, it’s back again! Ingredients:
Serves 3 - 4 pax
Chicken marinade
------
300g of chicken thigh meat
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of cornflour
A few dashes of white pepper
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Other ingredients
------
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
3g of chopped young ginger
3 sliced shallots
3 cloves of chopped garlic
3 pieces of Chinese mushrooms
2 cups (318g) of jasmine rice
1/2 tablespoon of concentrated chicken stock
1/3 tablespoon of salt
2 cups (350ml) of water
A handful of greens
