【湊巧的生日禮物！】
皮爺今天下午稍早要在家裡視訊教授書法課，料理他吃過午餐，收拾清理乾淨，留Billy Boy在家陪他，我則趕緊出門讓他可以安靜教書。
我帶著昨天買的東京Apollon’s Gold咖啡豆，準備去Café Saint Lauren找咖啡手Sébastien將豆子送他分享，到了店門口只見一位很年輕的男孩在做咖啡，不見Sébastien身影！我先點了一杯冰拿鐵，問男孩今天Sébastien會不會過來店裡？男孩說不會，他就是來代班的。我表示有一件小東西要送給Sébastien，能不能麻煩他代收？男孩驚喜的說：「啊！你也知道他今天生日啊！他就是要和朋友一起過生日所以今天才找我代班！沒問題，我可以替你將禮物交給他，我自己也準備了送他的禮物，下午稍晚下班之後我就要趕過去參加他的生日派對，我剛好可以一起帶去給他！」挑日子不如撞期，原來今天是Sébastien的生日，那正好！我將咖啡豆從背包裡拿出來，幸好平時背包裡都會放着牛皮紙袋，就將豆子裝進牛皮紙袋，在袋子上寫了一些祝福的話，交給男孩：「那就拜託你了！」男孩剛才就一直盯著那包咖啡豆，這時忍不住又開口：「你送他這個，我保證他會樂瘋！他是咖啡狂魔，更是我的咖啡Jedi Master！是他領我進入咖啡世界、手把手的教我，把我從一個咖啡白癡教導成可以代他班的咖啡手！我太尊敬他了！你也是業界的人嗎？」我搖搖頭表示自己只是一個愛喝咖啡的平凡人，但是和他一樣很敬重Sébastien，同時將冰拿鐵的錢放在櫃台上。男孩不肯收，說這杯冰拿鐵是他送我的初次見面禮；我堅持他必須收下，不然我不告訴他我喝了之後的心得，男孩終於收了錢，然後告訴我他叫做Pablo!
