關於 jetlag中文 ，我們在網路上蒐集到這些相關的討論、資訊與評價

回來已經五六天，才好好處理了時差問題，之前回香港實在太亢奮，根本不覺得疲累！回到英國，整個累死了🤣

回家後，我又回復了清淡飲食，之前實在太放肆，每天吃六至七餐，每天只睡覺兩個小時，一整個太放縱。😂😂😂

在香港有家人照顧，實在太太太幸福了，媽媽每天也給我們買椰青，基本上每天也在渡假，又有家人幫忙照顧小孩！😌😌

回到英國，對着小貓小狗，每天要執拾大便的生活，確實突然又要重新適應🙈，還有煮飯洗衫做家務，我跟鄰居非常好朋友，每次我們從家鄉回來，都需要一整個星期，甚至十天去適應這個生活反差。

望着我們鄉郊的大街，我真的覺得實在太「不足」😭

如果能夠每半年回香港一次就更好了🤣🤣
（說夠了沒有💢，說了這一句很多遍😂）

這星期一直回覆得很慢，真的不好意思！！😄😄❤️🙏🏻

今早跟這個小魔怪午餐前好好坐下來，天氣超級好的☺️☺️

其實我還沒有給弟弟認真改中文名,不過覺得「樂」這個字，真的很適合他的個性，以後我便叫他樂樂了😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

哥哥找了師傅認真改名，改了之後我非常滿意，可是中文名只有我一個人在叫，所以弟弟沒有認真地改名，不過現在他們中文聆聽力比較好，有時候我也叫他們中文名 😆

The beat goes on... 從巴黎飛回香港，剛下機又開車去內地演出了🥁一個人去旅行，練了一個星期法文，有幾天沒有人跟我說其他語言，巴黎也早已行得熟悉，不需看地圖，小店的位置都記得在哪裡，於是腦海中全是法文，回程時法國航空的空姐都來跟我說法文，覺得怪怪的，目的地是香港，機上很多華人，但她們主動說法文，就法文回覆，練到落機。哈哈，到上台要唱返中文，腦袋反應真有點慢，幸好時差不多仍然精神！Back on stage in mainland China right after I landed in Hong Kong from Paris. Been speaking and thinking in French for a week since I travelled alone, there were few days that no one came and spoke to me in another language. And as I know Paris and Cannes very well, I didn’t need a map or need help to go to places or do things that I liked, my head was in complete French mode, still speaking it on the flight back. Then voila, got right back on stage after I landed and had to sing in Chinese, damn I guess I am half a beat slower🤣 thankfully I cope well with the jetlag and had a lot of upbeat energy!
