This week bake - Matcha Pound Cake 🍵

Being a matcha fan this cake is perfect to go along with my cup of coffee to kick start the day ✨

Having that said the kids aren't a fan of this perhaps I'll try make chocolate pound cake for them next week 😋

Tonight's dinner - Egg White Frittata that's packed with protein, top it up with some vegetables I had in hand and added lots of cheese.

Basically just had to stir fry my vegetables, season with salt and pepper, put it into a dish, add in my egg white and bake it 160° 20minutes🥚

It's teatime, loving the rainy weather 🌧️

Had some overripe bananas sitting around cause I left them in the car and the weather is killing anyway they were great for baking, cause my 𝑩𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒂 𝑷𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝑪𝒂𝒌𝒆 was perfectly moist andl the natural sweetness of the bananas replaced half the amount of sugar 🍌

Pair this cake with a cuppa coffee, this two makes the perfect combo ☕
