Ever heard of the Mendenhall Glacier ice cave in Juneau, Alaska? The 13-mile-long Mendenhall Glacier starts at the Juneau Ice Field, a 1,500 square mile remnant of the planet’s most recent ice age, and reaches all the way to Mendenhall Lake. Unfortunately due to global warming, the glacier is currently in a continuous state of retreat.

就是眾所周知的愛斯基摩人
也因此木雕跟各種皮草超級多
講了很多遍我太喜歡這裡總是保留淘金時期的建築
有種回到那個年代的錯置感
要不是時間使然還真想到他們的saloon酒吧裡面吃點東西
在vlog中也可以看到這排拉導覽的攤販
他們也真是蠻辛苦的
畢竟也只有夏天會有旅客到這裡觀光
其他時候大多都是寒冷冰封

Quick summary of what I saw and recorded during my roadtrip to Canada Rockies including the magnificent Banff town, then proceed with Princess Cruises to witness the Glacier Bay in close distance. Aurora from Juneau was a bonus view throughout the trip. We tried dog sledding on a snowy mountain and the experience in Alaska is priceless.
This was suppose to be just summary of some hyperlapse and timelapse. BUT when I found the right song, I told my self to bring this to the next level. Tried my best to match the lyrics with the visuals and music. Although not all timelapse footage are stabilized, I do hope that this video makes you feel like paying a visit to this place I love a lot.

Golden Destination's 16 Days Alaska and Canadian Rockies Tour with Malaysia Celebrities, Owen Yap has finally come to the end. It was an unforgettable moment to travel with total of 118 lovely passengers, I do hope that we all had a very memorable and enjoyable travel experience throughout these 16 days! It was definitely a special trip to document down as much precious moments as we can together.
Here's a 9 minutes video throwback to the date where we were in Alaska and Canadian Rockies with Owen Yap. We were lucky to see aurora on the cruise while in Juneau, Alaska, took the helicopter across the majestic glaciers and experienced dog sledding in the scenic snowy mountains. Those are very special and unforgettable travel experience.
