Burnt Basque Cheesecake 🇪🇸, using French Le Gall & US Crystal Farms Cream Cheese 🧀🥧 I don't bake a lot because in HK apartment I don't have the right Equipment or Kitchen space, so all recipes are compromised tweaks ☹️. I haven't even made Gelato/Sorbet for a long time damn.. Anyway I think the 🇫🇷 French Cream Cheese is so amazingly Complex, it's like a 'Cultured Creme Fraiche' in curded cheese form.. It's probably a bit wasted being baked compared to say a Philadelphia which I also have, however surprisingly the French Cream Cheese isn't much more expensive. Next time I should just scoop them directly into my mouth rawer or eat it with Steamed Pumpkin, it's so good it's not funny..!
