✅ Takde maknanya kononya badan yang sangat gemuk ke kurus tu sihat...Coverline je tu. Ive been both ..diet macam nak mampus makan diet pill la bagai...i became ill! And also makan macam lupa diri sampai bloated pastuh kononya ‘im curvy je’. Be HEALTHY. Check with a doctor your internal health tu paling penting! Blood test and all ok.
✅ Kalau nak kurus secara sihat... kena buat cardio and weight training sekali. Boxing ni using my Abs and arms and legs..memang membakar kalori yang tinggi. Kalau joggig je..bakaran kalori mendatar je.. tak berkesan
✅ ok as a woman.. takyah nak manja2 sangat pasal workout gini..its not violent and its not dangerous..duduk baring and getting fat is more dangerous to a womans health longterm. Jangan takut lasak. Bukannya kena penumbuk balik pun.😂 Training badan je.
