Of all the sunny days we enjoyed in Japan so far, it chose to rain today when it's time to RIDE 😂
That's how the weather plays us sometimes isn't it? But nope! Not stopping my plans 😝
Whenever I visit Japan and crave for a ride, the first shop that comes to my mind is Rental 819 because being the biggest motorcycle rental company in Japan, they have
✔more than 100 stores across the whole Japan for convenience pick up/return with
✔an extensive line up of motorcycles to choose from and
✔provide gears like helmet and gloves so we won't need to trouble to bring our own!
What's really helpful is they have English speaking staff who can explain the rental procedures clearly cuz that's really important.
In fact, I've rented bikes from them since 3 years ago and among the wide variety of bikes they have to offer; from Africa Twin to Ducati Multistrada, Yamaha MT09 to Kawasaki Z900RS, V-Strom and even smaller bikes like scooters (the list just goes on), I decided to go with the BMW F700GS this time! 😁
To be honest, I'm a little nervous riding this 200KG+ tourer with a 86KG pillion and our backpacks.
Traveling through hundreds of kilometres up and around Mt Fuji, to Tokyo, in the rain.. Challenge accepted. 😂
