Hi Everything! Antara kek pertama yg sy belajar buat dari mak masa tu umoq dalam 11 years, buat guna planta ja dulu cuma lani mengada sikit pakai butter. Hihihihi.. Sy mmg minat baking dan memasak sbb tu even sy bekerja sy masih menega kek 🥰.. Tapi jgn suruh mengemas.. mmg tak menjadikk!! Tak nampak kemas langsung! 🤣🤣🤣Paling musuh sekali 'kain' especially lipat kain alahaaaaaiii mencikkk!!
Haritu sy pernah share resipi kek batik indulgence.. Walaupun ramai dah tau resepi kek marble / butter cara oldskool ni, sy share jugak resipi mak sy dgn cara yg paling simple. Harap membantu pada yg belum tahu. ♥️
Bahan2 utk setengah adunan:
Butter / Marjerin 225 gram
Gula 1 cawan
Telur 5 bijik (Grade A)
Vanila Essence 1 sudu
Tepung Kek (Self Raising) 1 3/4 cawan
Putar butter dgn gula smp kembang (warna soft dan texture dia akan jadi light), masukkan telur dan esen vanila, sebatikan, masukkan tepung sikit2 sambil kacau. Bakar pada suhu 170 degree selama satu jam.
Tips:
1. Make sure butter dgn gula tu kembang dan ringan
2. Lepas masuk telur, putar slow2 ja jgn sampai overbeat
3. Suhu oven pelbagai so kena kenal oven anda (know your oven) mcm oven sy masa dia muda2 dulu (sejak 10 tahun lepas sy beli dia) bakar cuma sejam sekarang amik masa 1 jam setengah.
4. Jangan buka pintu oven selagi kek belum masak, kalau nak test utk pastikan kek tu masak, cepat2 ttp blk pintu oven dan jgnla test smp

Saya ni mmg hantu kek batik,mcm2 resepi dh try. Tapi harini nak share resepi kek batik sy dah olah,paling simple,cukup rasa, tak keras sangat,tak lembut sangat, n nak potong pun senang..Sebab sy pernah wt yg xde ltak air langsung,fuhh payah nk potong,sengal gigi mkn sbb keras..Tak caya cube buat yg ni🤭
RESEPI KEK BATIK SIMPLE & CONFIRM MENJADI😁
Bahan
1 ketul buttercup (250mg)
1 cawan susu pekat manis (xnak manis boleh kurangkan)
1 @ 1/2 cawan air panas untuk bancuh milo
200g milo (peket paling kecil)
25g serbuk koko (botol kecil)
1 peket (300g) biskut marie(apa2 brand,sy guna munchys)
Cara-caranya
1) Cairkan butter di atas api yang sederhana. Kemudian masukkan susu pekat.Kacau
2)Bancuh sepeket milo dengan sedikit air panas,biasanya resepi milo terus masuk dalam butter jadi berketul2,so bancuh je milo dan serbuk koko dulu.
3)Masukkan bancuhan milo dengan serbuk koko dalam butter tadi,kacau sebati.Kemudian tunggu pekat sikit,boleh tutup api n masukkan biskut marie yang dah dipatah-patahkan..
4) Pastu boleh masukkan dalam loyang @ tupperware,mampatkan dan masuk dalam peti..pastu boleh potong,makan..
Siyes resepi ni sedap sebab biskut marie tu tak keras,tak lembut,sedap je makan n nak potong pun senang..😋😋

I'm really the ghost of batik cake, all sorts of recipes have tried. But today I want to share my batik cake recipe, it's simplest, enough taste, not very hard, not so soft, and easy to cut it.. Because I've never had no water at all, fuhh it's hard to cut, brush my teeth Eating because it's hard.. I can't believe this 🤭
SIMPLE & CONFIRM BATIK RECIPE 😁
Material
1 pieces of buttercup (250 mg)
1 cups of sweet milk (no sweetness can reduce)
1 @ 1/2 cups of hot water for milo
200 g milo (smallest packet)
25 g cocoa powder (small bottle)
1 packets (300 g) marie cookies (any brand, I use munchys)
The ways of the way
1) Liquid butter on a simple fire. Then put in the thick milk. Fucked up
2) Shallow a packet of milo with a little hot water, usually milo recipe directly comes into butter so it's mixed with milo and cocoa powder first.
3) Enter milo widespread with cocoa powder in the butter just now, messed up. Then wait for a little bit, can close the fire and insert the marie cookies that have been broken..
4) Then you can put it in the grease.. tupperware, compress and enter the crate.. then you can cut, eat..
This recipe is delicious because marie's cookies are not hard, not soft, just delicious eating and cut it easy too.. 😋😋
