I’ve been sick for two years, stressed and tired. I was the heaviest at 83kg last year. A cola addict since 8 years old. I change the way I eat and drink 3 months ago, and I’ve reversed the health issues plaguing me (yeast infection, rashes, inflammation, lethargic). Brought my friends to a Vegan dessert shop that sells yummy gluten free / vegan / no refined sugar / flourless desserts (cakes, donuts, ice-cream). They use coconut/oat/almond milk and almond flour for their creation. No refined sugar but cane sugar, molasses. It’s our cheat day anyway and we are satisfied.
