Quick recipe for healthier Korean Ramen ! Only using noodle from ramen (cause they are so conveniently) and most flavours will come from kimchi and gochujang. Here's a tip if gochujang isn't something that's in your fridge, substitute with tauchu and chili powder depending on how spicy you want the ramen to be.
Here's some very useful general tip to elevate your instant ramen experience:
1. Just right before turning off the stove, stir half TBS of minced garlic. This makes a huge difference to your ramen.
2. Add sesame oil into pot after turning off the stove and not while it's boiling.
3. For smooth runny egg, put the egg in 15 secs before turning off the stove.
