打工仔每天總遇上一種苦惱叫「午餐吃甚麼」?常見選擇都離不開沙律、米線、燒味飯、壽司等,到底是否真的有益?
沙律
不少OL都貪方便,怕長胖而選擇沙律作午餐。中醫理論認為未經煮熟的蔬菜屬於生冷食物,多吃會增加脾胃負擔,引致虛胖、水腫等問題。要吃沙律的話可混合一些煮過的南瓜、薯仔等蔬菜,配上果仁、雞蛋也不錯。
酸辣米線
潮流興食米線,尤其是酸辣和麻辣的。假如你本身體質濕熱、陰虛又或經常熬夜,身體多偏熱。經常服用辛辣,只會火上加油,令偏熱症狀更明顯,出現口瘡、暗瘡粉刺、口氣、眼紅、便秘等症狀。其實米線本身是很好的主糧,以米粉製造屬性平和。不妨選擇清湯配以蔬菜、肉類或丸類也是很好的午餐選擇。嫌味道清淡可加一點酸菜和醃菜!
燒味飯
不少男士都喜歡來一碟燒味飯作午餐,貪其大份飽肚又抵吃。燒味飯以烤肉為主菜,如燒肉、叉燒等,屬性偏熱,而且肉類比例太多,相對肥膩,飯的份量也多,一時吃得太飽,容易出現消化不良的飽滯情況,午飯後總是奄奄欲睡,撐不開雙眼眼皮。當然,一星期吃一次並不會有大問題,但天天都吃這麼多肉類就不適合了。吃的時候不妨多叫一碟清菜,肉類盡量去肥、烤焦的位置就不要吃了。
壽司
在中醫角度,未經煮熟就是生冷,刺身及日式壽司不應多吃,會增加脾胃負擔。壽司方便、精緻份量細、也是不少上班族的快捷選擇!刺身盡量不要每天進食,壽司倒可以選擇以熟配菜或韓式的熟壽司。吃刺身時多吃一點伴碟的薑和紫蘇葉,有驅寒作用。進食後可喝一杯炒米水暖一暖胃。

Sometimes at work, you have a hard time deciding what to eat for lunch. Common options are salad, rice noodle, barbecued meat with rice, sushi, etc, but is any of them healthy?
Salad
A lot of OL eat salad for convenience and fear of gaining weight. From Chinese medicine perspective, uncooked vegetables are cold/raw. Eating it too frequently will add to the burden of the spleen and stomach and can lead to puffiness and swelling. If you really want to have salad, try mixing it with some cooked pumpkins or potatoes, and mix it with some nuts and eggs too
Sushi
From a Chinese medicine perspective, uncooked is cold/raw so sushi and sashimi shouldn’t be eaten too frequently as they add to the burden of the spleen and stomach. Sushi is quite convenient and portion is relatively smaller, making it a popular choice! You should not have sashimi daily, but for sushi, you can choose ones made with cooked ingredient or try the Korean gimbap. When having sashimi, have some of the accompanying ginger and basil leaves to dispel cold. After lunch, have a cup of fried rice water to warm the stomach.
