Second day of our photoshoot trip in Guangzhou. We woke up at 5ish in the morning the next day and had our breakfast at a local KFC chain (surprisingly, there was Chinese style sticky rice) and kick-started our photoshoot session. I had my first ever hairstyling and make-up session with the experienced Korean make-up artist. Maggie’s session was a bit longer and therefore I was allowed to nap for a bit. The hairstyle and make-up artist were so skillful and patient and kept asking whether I was satisfied. To be very honest, I did not like putting make-up on my face as I assumed that my look would be unnatural but I was satisfied with the outcome as I looked clean and tidy and yet natural with the make-up on my face. Maggie really enjoyed the hairstyling and make-up session too. The Korean style was gorgeous yet natural. At approximately 9:30am, we kick-started the photoshoot session with an experienced Korean photography crew. Obviously, I was not a professional photoshoot model and was not good at posing or smiling naturally. A big thanks to our Korean photographer who managed to keep us happy and comfortable during the entire photoshoot session and was able to capture the genuine smile of Maggie and I. Although we and the photographer communicated via S.A. Wedding’s translator, we truly felt the professionalism of the photographer and hence we were able to pose and smile naturally without embarrassment in front of the crew with approximately 5 people. The photoshoot session lasted for 5 hours with various backgrounds. I and Maggie were totally exhausted but satisfied as soon as we reviewed the end product. Such a nice lovely experience between I and Maggie and we look forward to all of our end products!
