🧳LA summer trip 總攬

我們又跑去LA旅行啦! 這次的旅行也是臨時起義 ，是我們第一次選擇在暑假高峰時段出遊，還好機票是用點數換的住宿也是借宿親戚家，花費不多所以我們決定就衝了💪

這次親子旅遊11天的創舉是我們全家一起出發，不過我只跟他們一起玩六天（因為我不能請假太多，必須回去上班😭），剩下的五天則是由J大爺獨自帶著娜菱一打二五天！五天！五天！是不是很厲害⁉️回夏威夷之前我對於阿爸帶小孩的標準只有..... 『小孩安全回家、電話手機錢包不要掉就好』 哈哈哈! 沒有很難吧?!

出發當天我還是照樣5點起常去跑步，再回家打包行李，娜菱的個人衣物娛樂用品前兩天就已經自己準備好，我再做最後檢查即可。早早飛機三小時前我們就前往機場去貴賓室用餐，PRIORITY PASS真的很好好用，我們去的是在Inter-Island Terminal的Plumeria Lounge，有三明治、熱湯、韓國辣泡麵、沙拉、餅乾、小點心、chips、巧克力、飲料、咖啡、茶....應有盡有，我很推👍

五個小時的飛行時間可能是因為娜菱平時在家極少看電視，機上電影足足幫我babysit了兩三個小時，後來又茅起來畫coloring book，發現小菱的畫功又增進不少，好不容易熬到最後半小時，我們很幸運坐了晚上10:35抵達LAX的飛機，在下降前五分鐘看到了機場附近很多城市的🇺🇸國慶日煙火🎆完全不用人擠人看煙火，實在太開心了🥳

這次我也見識到了在國定假日旅行的craziness，July 4th算是🇺🇸五大節日之一，旅行的人之多的可怕，下機後行李等了好久、終於拿到行李去等rental car接駁車也等好久（ＬＡＸ的車流量有夠恐怖多的）、到了rental car company又是大排長龍，好不容易拿到車要上路時已經是當地時間半夜12:30😱，好險小孩🈶️時差（夏威夷時間9:30pm）所以一上車（已經是LA時間半夜12:30）馬上就秒睡😴最後因為飛機沒提供免費餐點，我們一開出parking lot馬上就是買In-n-Out，我實在是太❤️愛❤️『Protein Style Burger』了🍔 另一個創舉就是此趟旅行我們決定不帶推車（第一次），我很驚訝娜菱一路跟我們走全程都沒有討抱喔！👍👍👍她們果然長大了😊 這次真的是非常完美的一個flight experience 😊 接下來的幾天就等著被我的『洛杉磯大吃大喝遊記』轟炸吧！

#2019LATrip

Oh my heart, Disney On Ice with the girls was such a treat. We took up two rows and they all experienced it in their own special way.

We had an Elsa, an Anna, an Ariel, a Sofia-Anna, a Cinderella, a prince, and next to them, mamas and daddies that soaked in the magic with them.

Some little tips if you’re going:

❄️ Go early and bring $$ for merchandise! It starts from RM25 for a booklet to RM80 for a light up wand. It’s not necessary to the experience but we’re suckahs.

❄️ There are lots of food/drink stands, none of them healthy but still fun. From Krispy Kreme Malaysia Kenny Rogers ROASTERS Malaysia MILO Malaysia Pizza Hut to the collectible Disney concessions - popcorn, sno-cone, cotton candy!

❄️ It is hot hot hot outside but comfortable inside, perfect for a costume but nothing too finicky as the bathrooms are 🤢

❄️ Mama forgot to bring her BanZ 😭😱🤦🏻‍♀️ but it wasn’t too bad. There are lots of fun sound and light effects but not too scary.

❄️ Timing of the show was incredible!!! 🙌✨ It started on time and ended almost to the dot at 2 hours w a little break in between. (Point out the zamboni for a teaching moment!) The length was almost perfect, just long enough for the little ones to warm up and relax/dance/enjoy but not too long that they get bored/overstimulated/meltdown! We felt this way too at 12m old and 4 years old.

❄️ If you don’t have tickets already, you can purchase from PR Worldwide. Good seats are rinkside and Cat 1 (but avoid the middle!!!! We had a giant pole in the way 🤦🏻‍♀️ but the girls loved how close they were and halfway through, they opened it up and they got to sit/dance right next to the rink!) The first few rows of the middle Cat 2 is also amazing as it gives you a front and center view of the whole show from the balcony.

❄️ Lots of classic characters featured and the second half is all Frozen and Moana much to the delight of the girls! 🥰

We loved it and it was worth the money, heat, and chaos for that slice of real Disney magic!✨
