Late breakfast 🥑🥚🍋🥓☕️ Hands up if you also practice intermittent fasting. 🙋🏻♀️ For those of you who don’t know or really understand what’s the big deal; here’s how and why I do it....
Why intermittent fast??
✔️ lowers insulin levels and keeps blood sugar levels stable (which means less cravings for unhealthy food and hangry mood swings during the day)
✔️ increased growth hormone (helps with fat loss and muscle gain)
✔️ less cravings & hangry mood swings
✔️ better cellular repair (allows the body time and energy to restore and heal itself)
✔️ better sleep! (because your body isn’t working to digest food overnight)
I usually try to eat in only an 8 hour period in the day. So breakfast is usually around 10-11 and dinner with kids is around 6 (unless I have a dinner out then I’ll push next days breakky out a bit more.
