Mix bahan2 di atas sampai agak kembang elok

小さいイメージのラバケーキがホールサイズだったら・・・切り分けた時、びっくりされること間違いなし!ドバーッとチョコレートが流れ出す、ラバケーキ作りました。焼き立てはチョコレートがあまりにも流れ出す、ナナメ上をいくケーキですが、冷蔵庫で冷やせばガナッシュケーキ、常温では とろっとチョコレートが楽しめるケーキです。フォークとスプーン、両方用意して食べてください。(お気づきだろうかクリスマスっぽいデコ...そう、クリスマスに出してなかった動画です。。。)
*レシピ*(18センチ 丸型1個分)
ガナッシュを作ります
1.チョコレート 115gは細かく、170gは荒目に刻む。
2.生クリーム 115gを沸騰直前まで温め、1の細かく刻んだチョコレート 115gにかける。1分ほど待ったらなめらかになるまでかき混ぜる。
3.お好みのリキュール(今回はラム酒)小さじ 1を加え混ぜる。
4.ラップを敷いた12センチ程の容器に3を流し込む。
5.冷蔵庫でかたまるまで冷やす。
ケーキ生地を作ります
6.1の荒目に刻んだチョコレート 170gに溶かし無塩バター 115gを加え湯煎にかけ溶かし冷ます。
7.底の取れる型にバターを塗り、底にオーブンペーパーを敷く。
8.卵 3個を湯煎にかけながらざっと溶きほぐす。
9.砂糖 60gを少しずつ加えながら筋が描けるくらいまで泡立てる。
10.6を加え混ぜる。
11.薄力粉 45gをふるい入れ(予め、2.3回ふるっておいた方がベターでした)さっくりと混ぜる。
12.7に生地の半量(270g)を流し入れ、5のガナッシュを置く。
13.残りの生地を流し入れ、170度に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。
14.焼きたてを型からそっと取り出し、溶けにくい粉砂糖を振る。
15.いただきます。楽しんで食べてね。
リキュールの風味が少なかったので、次回は生地にも加えて作ろうと思います。冷蔵して切り分け、食べる時に20秒ほど電子レンジで加熱すると とろっとが楽しめます。8等分に切って食べても、一切れに35gのチョコレートが入っている計算に!? 体重、やばい...
Imagine a lava cake the size of a normal cake... you'd most certainly be surprised when cutting into it! We made a lava cake that flows like a waterfall. While the chocolate flows out a little too much and unexpectedly when freshly baked, if you let it cool in the fridge for a while and eat it at room temperature, then you'll be able to enjoy this chocolate oozing cake. Have both a fork and a spoon prepared when eating!
* Recipe * (One 18 cm round cake)
First make the ganache:
1. Chop 115 g of chocolate finely, and 170 g roughly.
2. Warm 115 g of fresh cream and stop just before boiling point, and sprinkle in 115 g of finely chopped chocolate. Wait about one minute and stir until smooth.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of your favorite liqueur (I chose rum this time) and mix.
4. Pour step 3 into a 12 cm container lined with plastic wrap.
5. Cool until hard in the fridge.
Next make the cake mixture:
6. Melt the 170 g of roughly chopped chocolate from step 1 with 115 g of unsalted butter and melt in a baine marie.
7. Apply butter to the bottom of the mold and lay down some oven paper.
8. Add three eggs to a baine marie while whisking.
9. While slowly adding 60 g of sugar, whisk until peaks start to form.
10. Add step 6 and combine.
11. Sieve 45 g of cake flour (it's better if you sift it 2 or 3 times beforehand) and mix thoroughly.
12. Pour half of the cake mixture (270 g) into step 7 and insert the ganache from step 5.
13. Add the remaining cake mixture and bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees.
14. Gently take out the freshly baked cake and sprinkle on some icing sugar which doesn't melt easily.
15. Bon Appetit. Enjoy eating your cake.
Since the flavor of the liqueur wasn't so strong, we'll add it to the cake mixture too next time. Cut the refrigerated cake and microwave it for up to 20 seconds before eating so you can enjoy the liquid chocolate. Even if you cut it into 8 equal pieces, there is 35 g of chocolate in each slice which works out to be..!? Not so good for my weight...
