Disneyland and California Adventure
This is probably the worst Disney experience I’ve ever had 😢 The fallen Disney 😭
Disney WAS my favorite place 😢 but now......ugh 🤦🏼‍♀️
Other than those rides were on maintenance, we literally got stopped ⛔️ in the middle of every single rides 🤦🏼‍♀️
There’s no Disney songs anywhere 🎶
We only heard “ When You Wish Upon The Stars ⭐️ “ once when we were leaving 😅
We didn’t see any one dressed up as princes or princesses 👸🤴
No magic at all 😭
Usually I get into Disneyland and forgot about my worries, but today, I was thinking 💭 about my daily worries back in Taipei 🤦🏼‍♀️
We didn’t take much photos and we didn’t finish all the rides because their Fast Past(giving out for free with no limit tickets) policy/rule sucks. They practically treat people without Fast Past like second class citizens 🤷🏼‍♀️ as if we didn’t pay as much as those Fast Pass people or something like that 🙄
I have this button saying,”Happy Birthday Charlotte” on my shirt 👚 Usually you’ll get over a hundred greetings only on the main strip, but I only got 25 greetings for the whole day. It’s not that I wanted those greetings that bad, it’s just......that’s what Disney should do, be magical, carefree and happy......
The funniest thing happened today was that when we were in line, some of the people continuously airdropping me photos of themselves on other rides(I think they didn’t know they sent to the wrong person), so I’ve decided to return some photos 🤣 and we people started chatting by using airdrop each other photos with words on it 😅 boring people in crazy long lines 🤷🏼‍♀️ 🤦🏼‍♀️
Oh, and another bad decision Disney made was to cancel the closing fireworks show 😡 that was the most important thing in Disney!!! It’s the spirit of Disney!!! And the second important thing was the parade, and guess what? They canceled it too!!! 🤬 🤯 what’s more, we usually would hear a lot of sentences with the word “magical” in it, such as ‘have a magical day’, ‘have a magical evening’, ‘have a magical night’ or so on, but I heard exactly zero times of the word “magical” other than the times me and my sister said it through out the day 👎🏻
We left Disneyland around 12:00am and there is best friend, Denny’s, a restaurant opens 24/7 😁 and it tastes pretty well. That’s where we had our really late dinner 🍴
I just got home and it’s 2:30am right now. Tho we don’t have to wake up super early tmr, I really need some rest 😌

Toru Hayakawa, the bassist of Sheng-Xiang and Band once commented: “Being a musician is about being honest with oneself.” Anthropologists and musicians both believe in understanding through bodily practices. Join us to listen, find and cultivate the seed of change in your heart."

這是我在索非亞城市的一個探險：
#第一次在國外跟一個剛認識的陌生人唱歌

在等待九小時的轉機時間，我跑去了索非亞的城市裡看看，
在一出了地鐵站，就看到一個女生坐在路邊唱歌，
因為她的歌聲太吸引我了...所以我就跑到她旁邊錄了一小段影片，
突然有了一個靈感，如果我把它的影片拿來做成acapella一定很有趣！？

後來在她唱了幾首歌後，我不知哪來的勇氣竟然用我的破英文跑去跟她講話，

她叫做Nelly Afzaly，跟她要了社群帳號，並且跟她說我想做的事，
然後介紹我是來自台灣的歌手，她也很感興趣的聽了我的音樂覺得很酷～
我們很快地就熱絡起來，可能是音樂的關係讓我們有種陌生卻又熟悉的感覺。

但是因為語言的關係，我還是有點害羞，
原本想說不要打擾她唱歌，我繼續去別地方逛逛～
但她真的是個好可愛又熱情的女生
她把我留了下來，跟我說：不要等到回去做acapella了，我們現在就來唱歌吧！

接著我們就瘋狂的唱歌，一切都是這麼好玩又自然，我們是見面不到五分鐘的陌生人，
在那當下我完全沒注意到時間在不知不覺中就過了一個半小時（我以為我們才唱了半小時的歌哈哈）
一直到最後在我們真的不得不離開得狀況下，拍了這一支one take影片。
她說這是她第一次這樣跟陌生人唱歌，一切都太有趣太特別了，她一定要記錄起來放在她的youtube上。
真的好開心，好有趣的一段經驗。那一個半小時真的是好特別又好開心...

有趣的事，中間我在拿她手機看歌詞時，突然有個人打電話過來，來電顯示：『LILLY....』
我超級傻眼，拿著她的手機說：『 I am LILY too….』
她跟我一樣驚訝又傻眼，哈哈哈。

在我們要道別的時候，她問我在索非亞要待幾天，
我說：我今天就要回台灣了，我是因為等待轉機九小時才來市區裡逛逛，不然我不會過來這邊。
她驚訝地說：WHAT? 我也是！我也是今晚的飛機要出去～我原本也不會來這邊，是因為我的行李都打包好了，很無聊，我才想說要來這邊唱唱歌。

我們既開心又意外，覺得這一切都是好特別的緣分。
平時的我也不是會主動去跟別人講話的人，
更何況是個語言不通的外國人，
我也不知道我哪來的動力就跑去找她認識了。
緣份就是這樣～注定要讓我們變朋友的！
後來我們擁抱，道別，這一切都好像作夢一樣。

很好笑，因為我們完全沒想到會有這段意外錄影片下來，
所以請原諒兩個即將要坐飛機素顏狼狽的我們
（她也說：天啊雖然我現在完全沒化妝又這麼狼狽，但我一定要把這影片錄下來！我不管了～）

I was busking in Sofia near the metro station where there are a lot of tourists. This one girl with her huge suitcase took a point and shoot camera out and started filming me. After a couple of songs she asked if I had an instagram and I promoted my channel as any youtuber would do. She told me she's a singer too and that she covers some songs too. So ladies and gentlemen, this is Lily from Taiwan. We sang a couple of songs together and filmed some on her camera and this one on mine. I love it. This girl can harmonize like an angel, I swear. This was definitely one of my most memorable experiences that I've had on the streets of Sofia. On the same night, she was leaving to go back home and I went to get the train to go to the seaside. At the end when we were saying goodbye for let's hope not forever, Lily told me she was a bit nervous to even talk to me at first because of her "bad" english that was actually pretty good. This experience has just taught to go for anything and not miss any moment because this is what can happen when two strangers singers meet and sing for about half an hour! Keep in touch, Lily! Hope you had a safe flight home! Check her stuff out! She is awesome!!!

ABOUT EDEN KAI:
With millions of fans around the world, Eden Kai has earned his reputation as being a ukulele and guitar virtuoso, a Pop/R&B vocalist, and an accomplished actor. While many were first introduced to Eden when he joined the cast of Netflix and Fuji Television’s Terrace House: Aloha State, the young star’s success had already been years in the making. In addition to working on his own music, Eden has collaborated with some of the world’s top artists and producers, including EXILE and Dream. One of his compositions was used to create “Anuenue,” a hit J-Pop single recorded and released by Dance Earth Party, which landed at #11 on the Oricon Music Charts in Japan.

Eden also recognizes the importance of using his music to help others. He has hosted several ukulele workshops in Honolulu and Japan, been the featured performer at the Waikiki Spam Jam, benefiting the largest non-profit in Hawaii that feeds the needy, and the Hawaii Food and Wine Festival from which proceeds helped local children in the community. Eden has donated proceeds from some of his songs to assist humanitarian causes, including the support of a health center in Haiti and the purchase of educational materials for children in Bangladesh.
