Not a supper person BUT "Jeremmy and Friends" event at @lebinchotan ‘s first Supper Special got me really excited! Together with Chef @archan_n of @level33_sg, chef Sam Chablani, and Chef @the_rebel_chef of @folkloresg, chef @jemm_cooks will be whipping up late-night feasts. I love each and every one of the dishes. But among them these are some of the items that stole my heart especially the Uni porridge with foie Gras which will be presented in June. Oh yes, not to forget the Yuzu beer which is made using Lagar recipe and matured with yuzu zest. I like how refreshing and aromatic it is without being cloyingly sweet like most yuzu beer.
