Go through the door on the left side towards the mirror to enter the lobby.
↓
There's a lobby inside the venue that is open to the public!
Press the menu button on the left controller or the icon on top of the avatar of your left wrist to adjust the volume💡
Now you can enjoy music concerts and festivals using your very own avatar!
There's also a mute function too!
You can give a "Thumbs up" and throw "Confetti's" with your avatar!

DON'T SWIPE TIL YOU READ (else you're gonna be so confused 😂)
3 years ago, I would never have been able to post this photo on the internet. Even last year, I was still mostly smiling with my mouth closed, making sure every photo was taken from my left side, or editing my teeth as much as I could before showing anyone my photos, especially selfies.
I'd always wanted braces, but growing up, I couldn't afford them, and by the time I could, I was doing a job that would be hindered if I got them. (Also I was terrified of extracting my teeth, and every dentist I'd seen said I'd have to extract 4).
In 2017, I suddenly got reconnected with an old school friend, who had just opened her own dental clinic (Beverly Dentistree Dental Clinic ). I told her my woes, had a consultation, and voila! Solution found: Invisalign! No extraction needed, I could take them out whenever I was working, and no one ever had to know!
Tbh, til this day no one has mentioned the change, but if you swipe left, you'll see a selfie of mine from 2017, and see how much my world has changed for the better.
My teeth were always my biggest insecurity; now I can focus on my others.
I'M KIDDING. 😂
Now I love my smile, and it makes me so much more confident! So if you're thinking of getting braces, I say go for it, and I promise it'll be the best decision you make ❤️

【運動要熱身】熱身時間因人而異

運動前熱身重點
不正確的運動方式容易造成運動創傷,熱身運動就是最常被忽略的一環;熱身能提升體溫、增加肌肉彈性及神經靈敏度,更可增加肌腱及靭帶的延展性,減少拉傷肌肉的可能。
何謂足夠的熱身運動?要視乎年紀、體質、天氣、運動強度而定,進行帶氧運動例如慢跑,需要的熱身時間相對短;如進行短期爆發且高強度的無氧運動,例如100米賽跑、籃球、欖球等,需要的熱身時間相對長,目的是令體溫上升、心跳頻率增加,達到輕微出汗的程度,令身體能盡快適應運動強度。然而熱身時間並非越長越好,如過度的話會造成體力下降或疲勞,影響運動效果。
簡易熱身運動推介:
👩🏻 頭頸
右手放在頭部左側,把頭輕輕往右面壓,讓右耳拉近肩膊,維持動作約15秒,換左手重覆動作。
💪🏻 上肢
舉高右手,屈曲並以指尖點着背部,左手將右手踭向左拉,令右肩有拉緊感覺,維持動作約15秒,左手重覆動作。
🦵🏻 下肢
動作一:前後腳站立,腳尖向前,腳跟著地,前腳屈曲,後腳拉直,上身保持垂直重心向下壓,令後腳小腿肌肉有拉扯感覺,維持動作約15秒,換另一隻腳重覆動作。
動作二:右腳向後屈起,以右手從後握着右腳腳掌,用點力向上拉,大腿保持伸直讓肌肉有拉扯感覺,可找扶手協助平衡,維持動作約15秒,左腳重覆動作。

Warm-up before exercising
Improper exercise forms and motions can cause injuries, and more often than not, it is due to the lack of warm-ups. Warming up can increase the body temperature, improve the elasticity of muscles and the sensitivity of nerve receptors, hence, reducing chances of injuries.
So, how long should a warm-up last? It depends on the individual’s age, body constitution, the weather, and the intensity of the sport. Aerobic exercises such as slow jog would require a shorter warm-up time.
On the other hand, anaerobic exercises that are of short length with high intensity such as 100m dash, basketball, and rugby warrants a longer warm-up. This is to increase the body temperature and heart rate and to help the body to sweat a little, so the body can get accustomed to the intensity more effectively.
Yet, it does not mean the more time you spend on warm-up, the better it is, because excessive warming up can reduce the stamina and cause exhaustion even before the actual sport takes place.
Some simple warm-ups:
💪🏻 Head and Neck
Place your right hand on the left side of your head and gently push your head towards the right side until the right ear is close to the shoulder. Keep the position for 15 seconds. Repeat with left hand on right side of head.
💪🏻Upper limbs
Raise your right hand and bend it downwards with finger tips touching your back. Use your left hand to pull your right elbow towards the left until you feel tightness on the right shoulder. Keep the position for 15 seconds. Repeat with left hand.
🦵🏻 Lower limbs
Action 1: Stand with one leg in front of the other, point the feet to the front, and make sure the ankles are on the ground. Bend the front leg and straighten the other. Keep the body straight and lower the center of gravity, so you can feel tension on the calves. Maintain the same position for 15 seconds and repeat the same process for the other feet.
Action 2: Bend the right leg backward and hold the feet with the right hand. Pull the leg upward as much as possible, but keep the thigh straight and make sure there is tension in the muscles. Use a handrail to stabilize the body, if necessary. Maintain the same position for 15 seconds and repeat the same process for the other feet.

Hello everyone! How are you all?
After almost half a year, I’m so delighted to finally get my hair done again. Oh to sit on a salon chair for hours again. I figured it would be an opportunity to do a hair reveal alongside with my 8 month tummy tuck update.
My tummy tuck was definitely one of the best things I did last year. The scarring will take time to fade and while I’m optimistic that it will lighten and smooth out more, I have happily accepted I will always have a scar that will run hip to hip. The best thing about my tummy tuck is definitely the muscle repair.
I forgot to mention that sometimes when I lay on my tummy (especially left side), I do feel a little tugging in the tummy region. Never painful or too uncomfortable but I do feel the stretch so then I will change sleeping position. I will hopefully make a final tummy tuck scar update several months later.
As for my new hair, I LOVE IT!!! I feel so light and fresh with the shorter hair. I feel like I could definitely go even shorter next time. It’s basically a blunt lob with ash balayage if this helps.
As much as I adore my partner, please understand even though he is very excited to trial the hair growth system, he is still a very private person. Nonetheless, I hope it was a delight to catch him for the first and probably last time on this channel heh.

It’s common for us to have shoulder tightness, neck stiffness and rounded backs with our daily habits; you know what they are.
Here are some really good stretches you can do anywhere and anytime ! You can pick and choose your favourite and doing 3-5 rounds of at least 3 types of mobility and openings stretches can do wonders for your neck, shoulders and upper spine.
In this video you can incorporate breathes on each movement. The trick is to find which posture is an opening movement and breathing into the opening and exhale into the closing of the posture.
* shoulder mobility circle clockwise and anti clockwise x 5
* Side body stretch; twist your torso up to the sky for opening of the chest and collar area. Stay for 3-5 breathes and you can deepen the stretch by bring your elbow close to the ground. Repeat on both sides.
*Box stretch - shoulder to the right, front, left and back drawing a square with your upper body. Repeat 3-5 rounds and on both sides.
*Pixie dust (that’s what I like to call it) swinging the arm straight and up imagine throwing the arms away trying to detach it from the body; for throwing pixie dust into the sky ! Repeat both side clockwise and anti clockwise.
*Seated cat and cow to open up the chest and back, front collar area and back shoulder blades. Repeat for 3-5 rounds.
* Eagle arms right and left side, lifting up on the inhale and down on the exhale. Repeat 3-5 times each arm.
*Prayer palm presses, repeat 3-5 times. Prayer palms,
Pressing firmly to the middle of your check and inhale pressing forearms together fingers to the sky.
Lastly, restorative. You can use blocks, books, chair or anything you can find in the house to elevate your arms.
*Shoulder opening 1 minute. Option to deepen is pressing the palms on your upper back.
*Restorative fish posture. If you back is stiff keep the knees bent. Stay for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes if you want to deepen the pose remove the block from behind your head and stay for an additional 1 minute. Come up slowly to avoid blood rush and dizziness.
Option to finish off in savasana.

Hi, everyone :) Today we're going to show you how to make a class Chicken Cordon Bleu at home.
We love Chicken Cordon Bleu, because you can taste soft and juicy meat and melted cheese in one bite. Chicken Cordon Bleu is a kind of chicken roll with ham and cheese. Simple but delicious. You can enjoy it with some vegetables. Or served with a creamy sauce.
Here’s a recipe for a flavour, crispy, a golden crumb Chicken Cordon Bleu, now you can make a fancy french meal at home. Hope you enjoy it. :)

Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe:
✎ Ingredients
chicken breasts, 1
ham slice 2
cheese 3-4 slices
Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon
a pinch of salt
a pinch of black pepper
all-purpose flour, QS
large egg, 1
dry bread crumbs, QS
thyme, QS (optional)
✎ Instructions
1. Place a chicken breast on a plastic wrap. Then butterfly the chicken breast with a sharp knife, frist, slice horizontally into the chicken, stop about a half-inch from the opposite side.
2. Open up the butterfly chicken breast, and add a little bit of cold water in both side. Skin side up and cover with another wrap.
3. Pound chicken to 4mm thick with a flat mallet.
4. Chicken skin side down, remove the wrap and spread a little mustard, just a little bit. Top with hams and cheeses as you want.
5. Fold over the right and left side breast. Roll the chicken and wrap tightly with a plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 mins.
6. Add some breadcrumbs in a food processor, add a little salt, then pulse it several times until turn into finely crumbs. Pour the flour in a sheet.
7. Break a egg in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and black of pepper, and a teaspoon of cold water, then beat until smooth.
8. Dip the chicken roll in the flour, then egg, and then breadcrumbs.
9. Heat a heavy skillet with oil and butter over medium heat. Put the breaded chicken roll in and reduce the heat to medium low heat or low heat. Cook for 5 minutes per side or until even golden brown. At the end, add a little butter and thyme to add more flavour.
10. Place the cordon bleu on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil. Slice the chicken roll and Enjoy.
