終於等到第二支疫苗接種的預約
有了第一次的經驗
這次心情比較「悠哉」
結果一抵達入口處的時候
看見大家手拿著紙和卡之類的
才頓時驚覺
自己忘了帶接種卡😱😱
想了想 反正到了還是先進去問一下
再決定需不需要回家拿卡
幸好….
沒事
如果大家「剛好」和我一樣忘了帶卡
別慌張 還是可以接種疫苗
最重要的還是要出示你的身分證
而在最後的觀察區
工作人員會派發圖中的小紙條
請你自行或回家把第二支疫苗接種的資料填寫在卡上
之後呢必須要好好保管這張卡
以防 Digital cert 不見或失效等等的問題
最後還是希望温馨提醒大家
記得帶著你的卡到疫苗中心
但如果真的不小心忘了带 也别慌 ❌
