Hello friends, I am a medical doctor, specialized in clinical neurophysiology. I am also a hypnotherapist. As many neuropsychiatric diseases needs long-term medication (most of them have side effects), I have developed my interest on brainwave entrainment & music therapy so that I can help them in a natural way. Since my background is neurophysiology and hypnotherapy, it was quite easy for me to pick up the idea and learn how it works.
After reading so many articles and reviewing other people's work, I thought to create my own recordings. That is why I have created this recording which consists of 10 hz Alpha Isochronic tones and 528 hz base frequency.
Alpha state is considered to be a relaxed state and 528 hz was claimed by several gurus in this field as DNA healing frequency. I have submerged this with a nice ocean/waterfall - flute music.
I feel it may be useful for relaxation and healing at the same time.
Subliminal affirmations will help to create a positive change in the habit and lifestyle if listen consistently. It is recommended to listen everyday at least once for at least 21 days to see the effect.
You do not need an earphone. Although I used the same background music, Subliminal messages and tone/beat frequency are different in different recordings. So no worries.
