TLDR: Did a program. Lost some weight. Feel great. Gonna celebrate with some burgerlab.
I've finally reached the end of my 3 month WildFit journey and as someone who has never been able to stick to a program or be disciplined about eating habits before, this has been a life changer.
In transforming my lifestyle, I've come to truly understand that the area of Health and Fitness is the foundation to a better quality of life. What you put in your body, how you treat it affects EVERYTHING from your intellectual life to emotional well-being to relationships.
I'm quite amazed at what 3 months could do as I was able to
- Lose 10kgs with MINIMAL to NO exercise.
- END my need and desire to consume alcohol.
- DESTROY my dependency and cravings for sugar and carbs. It's gotten to a point where I don't even have to control myself. Temptations aren't even a thing anymore.
- BREAK my caffeine addiction (honestly one of the best things I got out of the program)
- IMPROVE my quality of sleep (because of not consuming caffeine. Seriously that stuff can mess up your sleep)
- IMPROVE my nutritional intake which has made me feel amazing and awesome!
- Take on MORE in life. My life feels full :)
- Build solid healthy HABITS and MINDSETS that will stay with me for the rest of my life.
WildFit won't be for everyone. This ain't no MLM plug or hard sell on the program as everyone's different and there are many ways to get to a healthy lifestyle.
However, if you are feeling low or that life is lacking... Make a change or shift in your area of Health and Fitness. It doesn't have to be big but what you do NOW will definitely set things in motion and you'll find that everything gets better when you take care of your health and your body. Always remember that you are in charge of your physical destiny! And you can always make a change for the better :)
If you read this and you do find the idea of WildFit interesting. Feel free to ask me anything :)
Thanks for reading, now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna celebrate my win and eat a burger 👌
Big thanks to the support of @sabysashimi and me Mum.

“I want to be a doctor! But is it a good idea?”
I will let you in on some insights, and let you decide for yourself. #LongPost

It is not a secret that a lot of people get into the line of health professional because of parent’s expectations and social’s prejudice. I’ve seen an ample amount of people entering this industry with the passion of helping others, but ending up hating it, quitting, being depressed, or worst...suicide.
All fields are hard in its own way. Just like other fields, Health Care is not an easy path. 💉
It is not enough to be academically inclined. You must also have the mental strength to deal with people from all walks of life. To make difficult decisions.
It is not always just simply “disease” and “treatment”. We are all taught to treat patient as a whole. When dentists see patients, of course we’ll see the disease, and often we know what’s the best treatment for our patient.
But can our patient afford and maintain the outcome of the treatment? 🤔
If the patient is on their own in their 80s, travelling alone far and wide to our clinic for treatment, should we skip steps to speed up the treatment for patient’s comfort, or should we stick rigidly to the treatment plan?
Thinking about patient’s concern, financial background, and their optimal treatment plan, while not compromising treatment quality and our code of ethics is not a simple decision-making process.
I’ve seen so many good doctors & dentists doing their best to help their patients, but ending up being complained and physically (or emotionally) abused by some of the patients.
Most people forget that doctors/dentists can only help to a certain extent and the rest relies greatly on patient’s self-maintenance and lifestyle choices. It is a challenge for us to let our patients understand why we do and not do certain things.
But no, I’m not posting this to discourage new blood. In fact, I’m writing this to encourage you who have the passion and determination to take up this amazing challenge. 💪🏻
I hope you find the answer, and I hope you made a decision not because you think you’re supposed to, but because you’re ready to. Till then, all the best!🤗✨

I've always been an ambitious and innocent girl. Wanted to dance, wanted to sing, wanted to act, nevertheless wanted to study and be a smart ass in school. Many called me crazy, but I prefer to call it good time management in life.
•
As I grew up, I've become less innocent (y'all know what I mean 😂) People tell me stuff to stop me from being ambitious. They tell me I suck in singing and my vocal cord is bad and coarsy. They tell me I should stop singing and I can never go far. They say I should just do some dance performance etc..
•
But I've always wanted to be a Disney Princess. I've always wanted to sing in Disney. I've always wanted to sing. One day I'll be working in Disneyland (big dream). So there I am, choose on giving up NOT, standing strong on the stage of Istana Budaya, acting as Mei Ling in Ola Bola Musical, singing a song called BELIEVE AGAIN, trying my best to improve and to get better day by day.

If you've come over for the show, thank you so much but if you have not, do come. We're left with 7 shows to go. Come and go through this process of growing up with me will you?
