เรื่องเก่าจา่กพวกเพจคลิ๊กเบตเมื่อ 2 ปีก่อน ถูกเอามาแชร์ใหม่โดยการเอามาทำเป็นคลิปยูทูป ... เค้าอ้างว่า เวลาโทรทางไลน์นั้นม่ีอันตราย เพราะเวลาใช้ WiFi และ Data ในการรับส่งข้อมูลเสียงผ่านไลน์นั้น ค่า RF จะขึ้นไปสูงเป็นร้อยมิลลิวัตต์ต่อตารางเมตรเลย ใครที่โทรผ่าน Skype หรือ Line เป็นประจำจะเป็นเนื้องอกในสมองในเวลาไม่นาน บราบรา บรา ฯลฯ .... เรืองนี้ "มันไม่จริงนะครับ"
เรื่องนี้ในเพจคลิ๊กเบตตั้งต้นนั้น จะมีภาพประกอบที่เอามาจากคลิปรายการทีวีรายการหนึ่งในประเทศจีน ซึ่งอ้างว่า การโทรศัพท์คุยผ่านไลน์นั้นจะได้รับคลื่นแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้ามากกว่าโทรศัพท์ปกติถึง 9 เท่า โดยจากปรกติ คลื่นแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้าจะถูกส่งออกมา 1 หมื่นไมโครวัตต์ แต่ถ้าโทรผ่านไลน์คลื่นจะถูกส่งออกมาสูงถึง 9 หมื่นไมโครวัตต์
ซึ่งวิธีการเขียนแบบนี้ มันเป็นการตั้งบใจหาเรื่องเปลี่ยนหน่วยให้ดูน่ากลัว เพราะปรกติจะต้องคิดเป็นหน่วยวัตต์ ไม่ใช่ไมโครวัต์ ซึ่งจะทำให้ค่าที่วัดได้จริงนั้นเป็น 0.01 - 0.09 วัตต์แค่นั้นเอง เมื่อใช้ไลน์ ... ซึ่งกำลังส่งของโทรศัพท์มือถือเรานั้นอยู่ที่ประมาณ 1 วัตต์ จะเห็นว่าคลื่นแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้าออกมาน้อยกว่าการโทรศัพท์ธรรมดาเป็นสิบเท่าเลยทีเดียว
ข้อสรุปจริงๆ ของการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือนั้น ยังเหมือนเดิมคือ คลื่นแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้าจะถูกจัดให้เป็นสารก่อมะเร็งในกลุ่ม 2B (หมายถึง มีความมั่นใจเพียงแค่ระดับ "อาจจะก่อมะเร็ง" เพราะมีผลการทดลองยืนยันในสัตว์ แต่ไม่มีผลการศึกษาพบในมนุษย์) ระดับความรุนแรงที่จะเกิดความเสี่ยงต่อเนื้องอกในสมองได้นั้น คือ ต้องโทรแบบแนบหัว ติดต่อกันเป็นเวลากว่าครึ่งชั่วโมง นานนับสิบปีครับ
