Do You Think Life is Tough? Read this, and You will Appreciate Life More.
Growing up from a poor family and losing my a father at the age of eight, I have always been an ambitious child. I have always wanted to great things in life and would do anything to achieve it. And I refuse to believe that life has its boundaries for people like us.
👉 At the age of 9, I was sexually molested.
👉 At the age of 11, I was sold to an old gay guy at a cinema which was showing Filipino adult movies for 100 pesos and it happened a few times.
👉 I got used to it and traded myself to anyone who wanted pleasure for a couple of dollars until 16.
👉 I became a millionaire (in pesos) at the age of 19 by showing and sending nude videos to paedophiles online. I spent all my money for nothing and also lose all those.
👉 At 18 I was slapped in public at a gold course of the university I attended to, dominated by people who have no laws. I had no choice but to agree, else, I know I’ll be found dead the next day.
👉 I had to encode thesis at night, train dance to high school students, do make-up during events, wash dishes to get by. And yes, I have shoplifted a few times to submit my school projects.
👉 I was first discriminated in Manila because of my Bisaya accent in both Tagalog and English, it went for years until I changed my accent to fit in.
👉 I was physically assaulted in Malate and Cubao because I was gay.
👉 I can keep going.
But I have a thousand reasons to love and appreciate life. And a million reasons why I choose to fight. I never needed pitty, I need someone who could listen.
These are the few reasons, why I know how to be an ordinary person, and help people alike. I am here to stay and build my advocacies for the country who rejected me. I am here to fight for what my fellowmen deserve in life.
I am not going to beg for your likes, comments, and share. But if you believe in your heart that what I do is genuine, please share this video.
