由於加拿大楓樹糖 (Maple Syrup) 對香港人都比較陌生，除咗以為楓糖係蜂蜜外，大家認為只可以用嚟點班㦸？喺咁嘅情況下，加拿大註香港領事館與Maple Q決定邀請人氣廚師Bonnie Chu親身教大家用maple syrup整幾味！費用全免！
楓樹糖是一㮔天然糖，含有多種礦物質，還有抗氧化功能，十分健康。Maple Q產自加拿大，由楓樹的樹液熬煮而成。十公升的楓樹液才可以濃縮成為一支Maple Q，非常珍貴，而且成分天然，採用全有機材料製造，味道特別清香甜美。

【CanadaFood.hk x Maple Q &A with Bonnie Chu！】
Consumers in Hong Kong are not that familiar with maple syrup and don’t know its many uses. They also sometimes confuse maple syrup with honey. CanadaFood.hk and Maple Q decided to create a social media game for our audiences to promote Canadian maple syrup. The winners will get a gift set from Maple Q, plus a chance to attend a free class to learn 2 delicious recipes using Canadian maple syrup by our celebrity chef – Bonnie Chu from Cooktown!
Maple Q is made in Quebec, Canada. It is a natural vegan sweetener straight from the maple tree. It contains 54 kinds of anti-oxidants and is rich in minerals such as magnesium, potassium, zinc, calcium and magnesium. 10L of maple sap only yields one 250ml bottle of Maple Syrup, making it a precious and sweet gift from mother-nature.
