Ingredients:
200g chickpea pulp
100g quinoa
2 tbsp flax seeds
60g maple syrup
80g oil
60g cane sugar
50g cacao powder
1 tbsp baking powder
140g chocolate chips
300g coconut milk
Instructions:
1. make quinoa and flaxseeds into flour with blender.
2. put all the ingredients together and mix well.
3. pour into muffin pan and bake at 350F/180C for 30 minutes.

【材料】
ひよこ豆のおから 200g(ひよこ豆豆腐で出たおからです。https://youtu.be/_JGAElXQnxo)
キヌア 100g
フラックスシード 大さじ2
メープルシロップ 60g
きび砂糖 60g
ココナッツミルク 300g
オイル 80g(動画では太白胡麻油を使用)
カカオパウダー 50g
ベーキングパウダー 大さじ1
チョコレートチップ 140g
【作り方】
1、キヌアとフラックスシードをブレンダーなどで粉状にします。
2、残りの材料全てと混ぜ合わせ、マフィン型に流し入れる。
3、180℃のオーブンで30分ほど焼いたら出来上がりです。
