轉眼間, @yukinoshitahk 都已經開咗有一年。 雖然以前排晒大隊嘅人龍已經不在, 但水準依然keep到!👍 我都仲間唔中會去幫襯。
除了餐牌上固定的基本選擇之外(朱古力🍫抹茶🍵等), 其實Oppa最喜歡嘗試季節限定的pancake🤤 繼上次的朱古力香蕉後, 上星期就食了焦糖蘋果!🍎 好味😍
P.S. 雖然對面街嘅Shari Shari的確好強, 但Oppa認為草莓刨冰🍓嚟講, 呢度係好食啲架!!
Can't believe it's already been a year since Yukinoshita in #CausewayBay began selling their thicc pancakes🤤 Although there may no longer be a constant queue outside the store, I still find the quality of their desserts superb👍 Which keeps me coming back for more.
Aside from the fixed, classic menu items (Choco🍫, Matcha🍵, etc), I find their seasonal pancakes fun and delicious. The Chocolate Banana🍌 I had last time was amazing, and this Caramel Apple🍎 pancake here that I devoured last week was a star too😍
Unpopular Opinion: sure, Shari Shari right across the street does make the best Shaved Ice in town, BUT I think Yukinoshita here makes a better Strawberry Kakigori🍓!

MATCHA COCONUT GRANOLA (8 quater cup servings)

IMPORTANT TIPS:
- Consume between ½ tsp. – 2 tsps. of matcha a day.
- Although matcha is low in caffeine, it still contains caffeine, so avoid drinking in the evening.
- Good quality matcha is bright, vivid green and will have a fine powdery consistency. Avoid anything that’s yellowish or coarse. It won’t tast good.
- The highest quality matcha comes from Japan and it will cost more than green tea.
- If you want to gain the maximum benefits, only drink matcha with water or low protein liquids such as coconut milk, rice milk or almond milk, NOT dairy milk. Dairy milk will actually counteract the adsorption of many of the beneficial nutrients and antioxidants in Matcha. So you’re just wasting it.

バターたっぷりの香り豊かなパウンドケーキです♪
焼きたてはもちろん、時間が経ってもしっとりして美味しい!
難しそうなマーブル模様も実はとっても簡単なんです
材料
・バター 100g
・薄力粉 100g
・砂糖 100g
・卵 2個
・ベーキングパウダー 3g
・ココア 大さじ1
手順
1. 常温に戻して柔らかくなったバターに砂糖を合わせ、よく混ぜる
2. 1に薄力粉、ベーキングパウダーをふるい入れてよく混ぜる
3. 2の1/3を取り分けてココアを入れ、生地を2種類作る
4. 型にクッキングシートを敷き、プレーンの生地を敷き詰めたら、2種類の生地を交互に入れていく
5. 竹串で2〜3回円を描いてマーブル模様を作る
6. 170℃のオーブンで40分焼き上げて完成

材料がたったの5つで揃うしっとりふわふわなスフレパンケーキをご紹介!
簡単に手に入れることができる材料ばかりなのですぐに作れます。
朝ごはんやランチにぴったりのレシピです!
材料(15cmスキレット1個分)
・薄力粉 50g
・ベーキングパウダー 小さじ1/2
・玉子 1個
・砂糖 20g
・ヨーグルト 50g
手順
1.薄力粉とベーキングパウダーを振るう
2.玉子を卵白と卵黄に分ける
3.卵白を泡立て、メレンゲを作る
4.卵黄の入ったボウルに砂糖を入れ、白っぽくなるまでハンドミキサーにかける
5.(4)にヨーグルトを入れ混ぜる
6.(5)に(1)を入れて混ぜる
7.メレンゲを2回に分けて、ヘラでさっくりと混ぜる
8.薄く油を塗ったスキレット又は耐熱皿に生地を流し込み180℃に余熱したオーブン約20分焼けば完成!
