Sweet treat from that almond milk yesterday and I'm adding my matcha to this so here's one way to enjoy superfood matcha from home. And if you want sweeter milk, add maple syrup and a small pinch of cinnamon and salt to that almond blend. Tweak the robust intensity of matcha accordingly to your personal preference and this can go with any milk of your choice. I hope you'll try it.

I'm adding my matcha to this so here's one way to enjoy superfood matcha from home.

Many would association matcha to green tea and they both are indeed from the same plant (like many other tea). So what sets the two apart is that one is in powdered from and the later is tea leafs usually in forms of tea bag. Matcha is is your tealeaves grounded into powder and is alot more robust in intense in flavour and colour. The vibrant came from chlorophyll and know that matcha like other tea is your source for antioxidant.

Today we looking at matcha powder from my favourite superfood range and note that while you can absolutely enjoy it like a chado brew, I wouldn't recommend this as ceremonial grade for connoisseurs of Japanese chado ceremony. Instead , this is superb to be incorporated into culinary and beverage concoctions so we start today with the simplest matcha latte. (At least the core of it for better understanding for those that's new to matcha powder)
