茹でささみの準備(小鍋/~5本)
① 鍋に水を入れて沸騰させ、ごく弱火にしてささみを入れ2分茹でる。
② 一度ひっくり返して火を消し、余熱で5分置く。
③ ささみを取り出して水にさらし、粗熱が取れたら手で割く。
ささみマヨサンド
① きゅうり1/2本を薄切りにする。
② 割いた茹でささみ2本分に、マヨネーズ大2、醤油小1/2、こしょうを振って混ぜ、塩で味を調える。
③ パンにきゅうり、②を乗せてはさむ。
(パンに薄くマーガリン等を塗ると湿気防止になります)
ささみメンマもやし
① もやし1/2パック(100g)を耐熱容器に入れ、ラップをして500wで2分レンジにかける。
② ラップを外して置いておき、粗熱と水分を飛ばす。余分な水分は取っておく。
③ 割いた茹でささみ1本、メンマ30g、めんつゆ大1、ごま油小1を入れて和える。塩で味を調える。
ささみの梅おかずサラダ
① 梅をたたき、めんつゆ大2、ごま油小2と合わせておく。
② カットサラダなどに割いた茹でささみ2本分を乗せ、①をかける。
※ めんつゆは3倍濃縮を使用しています

tender chicken breast strips
① Add chicken breast strips in boiled water and simmer them for 2 minutes.
② Turn off the heat,turn over the chickens, put a lid, and cook on remaining heat for 5 minutes.
③ Remove them and soak in cold water. After the chickens become room temperature, tear them.

2 boiled chicken breast strips
1/2 cucumber
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp soy sauce
black pepper
2 sandwich breads
chickens & beansprout salad (Chinese arranged)
100g bean sprout
1 boiled chicken breast strips
30g bamboo shoots (men-ma)
1 tbsp men-tsuyu (Japanese soup base)
1 tsp sesame oil
salt
※ Microwave the bean sprouts for 2 minutes at 500w.

2~4 plums
2 tbsp men-tsuyu (Japanese soup base)
2 tsp sesame oil

※野菜はお好みでOK
※最後にきざみ海苔がオススメ

●醤油:大さじ1
●みりん:大さじ1
●お酒:大さじ1
●おろし生姜
●砂糖:小さじ1
●ごま油
[特製ゴマたれ]
●醤油:大さじ2
●あごだし:大さじ1/2(めんつゆでもOK)
●酢:大さじ2(お酢が苦手な方は大さじ1で大丈夫)
●ごま油:大さじ1
●砂糖:大さじ1/2
●すり胡麻:小さじ1
●ねり胡麻:小さじ1(無い場合はすり胡麻を多めにしてあげて下さい)
●マヨネーズ:小さじ2
[Ingredient] 3 servings
Chinese noodles: 3 balls
Minced chicken: 300g
Potherb mustard: appropriate amount
Sunny lettuce: appropriate amount
Mini tomatoes
Boiled eggs
※ Any vegetables you like!
※ I recommend to put cutting seaweed on the top
[Minced meat seasonings]
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Mirin: 1 tablespoon
Sake (Cooking alcohol): 1 tablespoon
Grated ginger
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil
[Special sesame sauce]
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Ago-dashi (or soup stock): 1/2 tablespoon
Vinegar: 2 tablespoons (If you don't like vinegar, 1 tablespoon is fine)
Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
Sugar: 1/2 tablespoon
Ground sesame seeds: 1 teaspoon
Sesame paste 1 teaspoon (if you don't have it, give more ground sesame seeds)
Mayonnaise: 2 teaspoons
